Recebi um ótimo atendimento, e eu prezo por isso, tanto que eu ia passar em outras lojas no mesmo dia e desisti, dada a atenção que ele deu e aos preços e forma de pagamento. A loja tem bons produtos e a entrega foi super rápida, já que escolhi produtos com estoque. Ainda precisei trocar os pés da cama que comprei, e novamente foi um ótimo atendimento de pós venda. Recomendo (e muito) a visita na Santo Sonho Colchões antes de entrar em qualquer outra loja de marca conhecida!
I was attended by the seller Fernando. I received a great service, and I appreciate that, so much that I was going to go to other stores on the same day and gave up, given the attention he gave and the prices and payment method. The store has good products and the delivery was super fast, since I chose products with stock. I still had to change the legs of the bed I bought, and again it was a great after sales service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi ótimo, porém na loja o colchão tinha um certo tipo de firmeza e maciez, chegando em casa era mais duro que pedra e o entregador disse que logo ficava mais macio (estou esperando já à 4 meses). Além do que não foi barato e não entregaram com a NF. Minha opinião é de que tem que ir em outras lojas antes da escolha, porque colchão é algo muito sério e que precisa durar por anos e o principal, ser confortável pra você se sentir bem e ter um sono bom.
The service was great, but in the store the mattress had a certain kind of firmness and softness, coming home it was harder than stone and the delivery man said it would soon be softer (I've been waiting for 4 months). Besides that it was not cheap and they did not deliver with the NF. My opinion is that you have to go to other stores before choosing, because mattress is something very serious and that needs to last for years and the main thing, be comfortable for you to feel good and have a good sleep.
