The hard part is getting an appointment over the phone .... I'm trying all morning and don't answer. When they answer, they ask for a minute and the call drops ... very annoying !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente já li comentários de um ano sobre o atendimento por telefone. É impossível conseguir falar, atendem, fica em silêncio total por uns segundos e cai a ligação, como se tirassem do gancho somente para parar de tocar . Já vi fazerem isso durante a espera de um exame.
I have actually read a year's comments about telephone service. It is impossible to speak, they answer, is completely silent for a few seconds and drops the call, as if they were just off the hook to stop ringing. I've seen it done while waiting for an exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não e uma clínica que merece cinco estrelas as atendendes mistura atendimento com o cliente com a vida pessoal delas , quando liga lá não atendem e ou atendem e o telefone fica mudo por incrível que pareça única ligação que fica mudo
It is not a clinic that deserves five stars, the attendants mix customer service with their personal life, when they call there they don’t answer and or they answer and the phone is mute, incredible as it seems the only call that is mute
