★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima , o corretor nunca podia me atender, sempre mandando terceiros, o dia pra assinar as papeladas , fiquei sabendo sobre uma taxa de 280 que eles queriam que eu pagasse, disseram que era fazer pesquisas de spc e Serasa , sendo que a mesma nem cobra taxa de pesquisa , tbm queriam que eu pagasse além dos três meses de depósito mais um mês adiantado , que seria aquele que eu tenho direito de pagar depois de 30 dias , falei que eu concordava pagar um mês adiantado mas a taxa de 280 não iria pagar , simplesmente eles entraram em contato falando que o dono do imóvel não ia mais alugar o imóvel. Resumindo o imóvel está com placa de aluga-se .
