Moro há 50mts do restaurante (vejo da minha janela). Fiz um pedido de almoço via aplicativo do restaurante às 11:27min da manhã, pra evitar horário de pico. O app informa que leva de 30 a 60min pra chegar, e pasmem, não chegou e ao falar com o restaurante via WhatsApp, recebi a mensagem "Seu almoço está aqui"!
Lamentável o descaso com um, agora, ex-cliente!
Espero que outras pessoas não tenham este desprazer!

I live 50mts from the restaurant (I see it from my window). I ordered a lunch order via the restaurant app at 11:27 am in the morning, to avoid peak hours. The app reports that it takes 30 to 60 minutes to arrive, and amazingly, it didn't arrive and when talking to the restaurant via WhatsApp, I received the message "Your lunch is here"!
Regretful neglect with one, now, ex-client!
I hope other people don't have this displeasure!

Embora anunciado logo na entrada, não havia mais o prato do dia (rabada com polenta), e olha que chegamos pouco depois das 13:00h. Cuidado: a maionese verde que acompanha a porção de contra filé tem muito coentro. No geral, tem que melhorar bastante para chegar no razoável.
Very limited buffet (run to guarantee what you want, as there may not be a replacement of the desired item). Although announced right at the entrance, there was no longer the dish of the day (oxtail with polenta), and we arrived shortly after 13:00h. Caution: the green mayonnaise that comes with the sirloin portion has a lot of cilantro. Overall, it has to improve a lot to reach the reasonable.
