Wonderful service I bought a printer more than a year ago she was choking on the paper I returned he took a piece of bubble gum and did not charge me anything in which establishment you go today that treats the customer so I highly recommend !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um impressora com buck ink, o produto é ótimo, eles sempre me dão suporte quando preciso, seja presencial ou por telefone. Nunca deu defeito ou qualquer tipo de manutenção. Tenho a impressora a 1 ano e só tenho elogios.
I bought a printer with buck ink, the product is great, they always support me when I need it, whether in person or over the phone. It was never defective or maintenance of any kind. I have the printer for 1 year and I only have compliments.

I had my printer serviced and the job was honest, fast, and very affordable. I've had experience in other printer maintenance in several places, but I definitely recommend the RBS store. Service, honesty and quality of service are unmatched.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HONESTIDADE em letra maiúscula é como avalio esta loja e seu funcionário, e preço justo. Não ficam te enrolando com palavras técnicas para superfaturar o preço do concerto da impressora. Vale apena levar sua impressora para fazer o concerto.
Minha experiência com eles: por duas vezes meus filhos colocaram pecinhas de brinquedo/lego dentro da impressora, uma vez precisou trocar um peça da impressora, na segunda vez que retornei nesta loja tinha uma bateria de brinquedo (aquelas do tamanho de bateria de relógio) dentro da impressora, o funcionário achou o defeito/bateria e NÃO COBROU VALOR NENHUM, e nem quis aceitar um "trocado de cafézinho" pelo serviço.
Tenho certeza que em outras lojas de assistência cobrariam valores exagerados pelos mesmos serviços.
HONESTY in capital letters is how I rate this store and its employee, and a fair price. They don't keep stalling you with technical words to overprice the printer's repair price. It's worth taking your printer to do the concert.
My experience with them: twice my children put toy/lego pieces inside the printer, once I needed to change a printer part, the second time I returned to this store I had a toy battery (those the size of a clock battery) inside the printer, the employee found the defect/battery and CHARGED NO VALUE, and did not even want to accept a "coffee change" for the service.
I'm sure other service shops would charge exaggerated amounts for the same services.
