★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha máquina de lavar deu problema em outubro/2020. Me disseram que precisaria TROCAR A PLACA e mecânica. Paguei R$ 580,00 pelo serviço e em 10 meses a máquina voltou a dar o mesmo problema. Chamei outro técnico de outra loja, que constatou que a placa não havia sido trocada por esta loja e quando fui reclamar pessoalmente, fui pessimamente atendida pela funcionária Stefany que estava falando de mim quando entrei na loja, pois eu havia ligado antes. Mocinha debochada e desrespeitosa. Executei o serviço novamente com outra empresa de minha confiança, exigi a emissão da nota fiscal não entregue na época e a devolução do meu dinheiro, mais reembolso de gasolina. Devia ter acionado o PROCON e pedido até danos morais, devido ao constrangimento e nervoso que tive que passar neste estabelecimento. Mas ficou barato para eles devolverem o meu dinheiro. Só recomendo que ninguém faça serviço nesta loja. Pessoal lá é especialista em enganar o consumidor. Desrespeito total.
 My washing machine failed in october/2020. They told me I would need to CHANGE THE PLATE and mechanics. I paid R$580.00 for the service and in 10 months the machine had the same problem again. I called another technician from another store, who found that the plate had not been exchanged by this store and when I went to complain in person, I was poorly assisted by the employee Stefany who was talking about me when I entered the store, as I had called before. A mocking and disrespectful girl. I performed the service again with another company I trust, demanded the issuance of the invoice not delivered at the time and the return of my money, plus reimbursement for gasoline. I should have called PROCON and even asked for moral damages, due to the embarrassment and nervousness I had to go through in this establishment. But it was cheap for them to return my money. I just recommend that no one do service at this store. People there are experts in deceiving the consumer. Total disrespect.

They charged for the service and two months later I had the same problem. I called and they didn't come to solve the situation. They are not punctual and do not solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um atuador freio pelo Mercado Livre, R$ 107,00 e neste estabelecimento me cobraram R$ 360,00.
É claro que a informação pelo telefone não pode ser precisa, o técnico tem que ver o problema, mas, vi nonYoutube o que poderia ser a causa do defeito (e que é comum) eu levantei minha maquina de lavar e vi que a peça (Atuador) estava quebrada, peça plástica, 10 anos de uso...
E sendo um problema comum, o atendente ppderia ao menos me escutar melhor, e não, já foi dizendo que o valor era este e ponto final.
Hoje em dia no Google e no Youtube podemos "identificar" um problema de algum aparelho, mesmo que sejamos leigos.
Comprei a peça no Mercado Livre, instalei e minha maquina de lavar está funcionando perfeitamente.

Técnico veio até minha casa sem custo fez o orçamento e deixou minha geladeira impecável, com uma análise correta e acertiva do técnico fazendo eu evitar custos que não existiam. Pra mim foi ótimo pois pude ver a equipe honesta que trabalha para realmente dar um parecer honesto sobre problemas. A solução evitou que eu comprasse uma nova geladeira o que gerou uma economia ótima para minha casa ?. Gratidão pelo trabalho e honestidade.
Great service as well as an excellent price. A technician came to my house at no cost, made the budget and left my refrigerator impeccable, with a correct and assertive analysis by the technician, making me avoid costs that did not exist. For me it was great because I could see the honest team that works to really give an honest opinion about problems. The solution saved me from buying a new fridge which generated great savings for my home ?. Gratitude for the work and honesty.
