★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local limpo e organizado. Atendimento ótimo, funcionários educados. Entregam o material no endereço indicado. Não parece ter estacionamento próprio. encontrei tudo que precisava. Há outra loja de tinta praticamente em frente para poder comparar preços. Tinta coral, existe um potinho pequeno já com uma espuma aplicadora para fazer teste da tinta na parede.
Clean and organized place. Great service, polite staff. They deliver the material to the indicated address. It does not seem to have its own parking lot. I found everything I needed. There is another paint shop practically across the street to compare prices. Coral paint, there is a small pot already with an applicator foam to test the paint on the wall.

Vendedor Marcelo mentiu na hora de fazer o orçamento.
Minha esposa pediu Coralar e na hora de entregar o produto, após já ter efetuado o pagamento, queriam entregar produto inferior Paredex.
Falamos com o gerente, mas ele preferiu dar crédito a palavra do vendedor.
Fomos no concorrente na mesma rua, Construtintas onde fomos super bem atendidos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Vendedor mentiu dizendo que não trabalhava com tinta automotivo. Por não querer fazer.( detalhe, ele estava sem máscara e cantando na entrada da loja) Me indicou a loja da RE na av Francisco Bernardino 615. Lá um atendente disse "que as lojas RE tintas nenhuma fazia tinta automotivo. E se fizesse era só na segunda!" Eu precisava urgente da tinta. Muita má vontade desses atendentes. Não quero generalizar. Mais dos atendentes não tive uma boa experiência! Acho que o trabalhador tem que amar o que faz. Não trabalhar por dinheiro e horários igual um robô. As vezes perdem oportunidades de crescer na vida apenas por falta de prestatividade! Melhorem isso.
Terrible attendance. Seller lied saying he did not work with automotive paint. For not wanting to do it. Much unwillingness from these attendants. I don't want to generalize. Most of the attendants have not had a good experience! I think the worker has to love what he does. Not working for money and hours like a robot. Sometimes they miss opportunities to grow in life just for lack of helpfulness! Improve it.
