Tivemos que sentar em lugares separados e aleatórios dentro do ônibus. Pessoal da empresa completamente perdido sem saber o que fazer no embarque e orientando outros passageiros a sentarem onde quisessem. Definitivamente, a pior viagem que fiz na vida. Total desrespeito as normas de distanciamento social. Primeira avaliação ruim que precisei fazer e espero que a última, em 1 semana viajo novamente pela empresa e espero que tenha melhorado alguma coisa. We had to sit in separate, random seats inside the bus. Company personnel completely lost not knowing what to do on boarding and guiding other passengers to sit wherever they wanted. Definitely the worst trip I've taken in my life. Total disregard for social distancing rules.
