Paguei no cartão. Quando fui buscar o aparelho, ele me disse que o valor que paguei foi só pela troca da tela.
Foi feita uma nota manual no ato da negociação, sem nada que comprovasse a manutenção , pra poder não constatar o erro deles. gastei quase $1,000 reais numa manutenção, que eles haviam dito que eram pra troca da bateria e da tela. e a bateria estufou e quebrou a tela com menos de um mês de uso. Não fui ressarcido nem tive garantia do serviço. Péssimo atendimento da real games, o cara é um tremendo pilantra. Não recomendo a ninguém.
E numa resposta da empresa dele , diz que pilantra sou eu.

E que após a "atualização" iria rodar todos os formatos.Paguei R$ 200,00 por esse serviço.Quando fui buscar o aparelho,o mesmo estava sujo,Marcelino alegou que "não teve tempo para limpar o aparelho.E que essa limpeza foi cortesia,sendo que ele me cobrou 50,00 para fazer esse serviço.Enfim,após o péssimo atendimento e serviço apresentado o aparelho está travando e não roda os jogos gravados em R.G .Levei o aparelho e ele me disse que eram as mídias que estavam ruins.Eu disse que havia testados mesmas na sua loja e estavam funcionando nos aparelhos. Aí ele me disse que o leitor óptico do meu aparelho está ruim. NÃO indico de forma alguma uma assistência técnica como essa.Irei procurar meus direitos legais,pois nem uma NF me foi fornecida. Irei levar o aparelho em uma autorizada com responsabilidade no que oferece e irei solicitar se foi feito a limpeza interna e se foi colocado pasta térmica,caso não haja feito esse serviço irei tomar as medidas cabíveis.

Na minha opinião, a empresa peca um pouco no que se diz respeito à comunicação com o cliente, mas meu aparelho foi consertado e o preço não foi lá tão alto, considerando que se trata de uma máquina antiga, foi um trabalho muito bem feito, meu aparelho está como se estivesse novo. Isso mostra que os profissionais da Real Games possuem amplo conhecimento para manutenções de diversos tipos de aparelhos eletrônicos. Portanto, meu voto é positivo, só não dou cinco estrelas pelo pequeno problema na comunicação.
