Não cumprem prazos, não reconhecem declaração de pobreza e pior de todos os erros a PREVARICACAO. Desconhece sobre o direito de sucessão, os prazos processuais e principalmente usam a opinião pessoal para não fazer seu oficio e obrigações profissionais. Nao e opcional ao Tabelionato nao fazer, senao o faz esta decorrendo em crime. Somente funcionam quando VOCE chama a POLICIA MILITAR para lavrar boletim de ocorrência. E necessário fazer denuncias a corregedoria do TJMG, do RECEVIL e provocar o Ministério Publico Estadual para acompanhar erros graves deste cartório.
O Oficial e despreparado, agressivo e mal assessorado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa há 2 anos atrás trabalhava outras moças mais educadas , mais atenciosa , hoje foi lá uma das atendentes eu achei educada , mais umas das atendentes foi grossa falando no tom alto , que eu tiver que falar mais alto que ela , para resolver meu problema , que foi erro deles no registro, não aguento as pessoas estão erradas e nem uma desculpa deles dá , poderia ter processador eles , parece que estão ali por obrigação. Queria que eu falasse o que eu queria do lado de fora do cartório.fora a mal informações e grosseria pelo telefone.
Espero não ter mais nada para fazer neste cartório muita falta de profissionalismo.
