Débora também muito atenciosa, fiz minha primeira consulta e fez questão de saber sobre todos os meus problemas de saúde e tratamentos. Só tenho a agradecer.

A mais ou menos 30 dias atrás fiz a minha inscrição para a fila da vacina da Covid (Xepa).
Inscrição nr. 119. Estou sempre acompanhando e na sexta 28/05 faltavam apenas 8 pessoas na minha frente.
Hoje 31/05 passei pelo posto e fui verificar como estava a fila.
A enfermeira me falou q não tem nenhuma previsão para minha vacina, pois na listagem que tem muito mais de 300 inscritos eles vão sempre dar preferência para quem tem comorbidades.
Minha dúvida é: Quem tem comorbidades o horário de vacinação não é até as 18 horas? O que sobra depois disto é para a Xepa, para pessoas que estão inscritos.
Meu nome é Gilberto, tenho 56 anos e acho que vou ter q esperar até 01/07 para ser vacinado, porque notasse q a fila da xepa não tem uma coerência e depende muiíiito da boa vontade do atendente.
Decidi não me estressar mais, apenas mostrar minha insatisfação por escrito aqui!

Muitas vezes quem são mal educados são os pacientes que querem prioridade passar na frente não respeita a ordem.
Quer atendimento 5 estrelas deviam ir no Albert Einstein. Recomendo a todos essa UBS.

Infelizmente perdemos o papel amarelo que ela nos deu, mas o fato de não ter atualizado nosso endereço dificulta muito o atendimento na minha namorada e da minha mãe. Espero que não neguem atendimento à elas se o problema foi o descaso da assistente.
We changed address 3 months ago and the social worker hasn't updated our registration. Unfortunately we lost the yellow paper she gave us, but the fact that she hasn't updated our address makes it very difficult for my girlfriend and my mother to attend. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui passar na parte clinica sem agendamento. Aguardei do lado de fora e o hospital coloca as cadeiras no lado de fora em pleno no sol quando é pela manhã e período da tarde. Aguardei 40 minutos apenas para passar na triagem e ainda depois ainda me mandaram para a área de pacientes com Covid, sendo que eu fui lá para falar do ouvido, já tinha feito teste e deu negativo e não tinha nenhum sintoma (a pessoa da triagem quase fez eu me misturar com pessoas contaminadas). Após reclamar na recepção me mandaram para a sala correta de "Acolhimento" onde a médica me atendeu e foi super atenciosa. Vale um ressalvo que fui atendido pela médica de uns 25 á 30 anos e ela carimbou com o CRM 193483. Quando fui me informar sobre esse número de CRM, tratasse de uma médica do mesmo nome do carimbo, porém com idade superior á uns 40 anos.
