★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que vou em shopping procuro um Rei do Mate para me deliciar com o Chá Mate com Leite. Gosto muito, e não me decepcionei nesta unidade. É uma loja pequena localizada no último andar, e tem poucos funcionários, mas também não é muito movimentado.
Tem uma grande variedade de produtos, e com boa qualidade. Não me decepcionei de ir nesta unidade do Rei do Mate. 5 ?'s!
Whenever I go shopping I look for a King of Mate to delight in the Milk Tea with Milk. I like it very much, and I did not disappoint myself in this unit. It is a small shop located on the top floor, and has few employees, but it is also not very busy.
It has a wide variety of products, and with good quality. I was not disappointed to go in this unit of Mate King. 5 ?'s!

E o jeito q fui servida pelo amor !! super debochadas e ironicas, devia rever essas contratações , pq olha! Dessa forma só vão perder clientes, o que é triste..
I don't think I've ever been as underserved as I was in this unit! Poor service from employees, I went around 5:30 pm, it was empty! And the way I was served by love !! super mocking and ironic, should review these signings, pq look! That way they will only lose customers, which is sad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! Sou cliente de todas as lojas “Rei do Mate” em várias localidades, mas nunca fui tão mal atendido como nesta tarde no Shopping Cidade. Comprei 3 cafés com leite para idosos que estavam em minha companhia e as funcionárias me serviram em copos e não xícaras. Me deram em minhas mãos 3 colherzinhas e 3 adoçantes. Não me foi servido em uma bandeja e não em xícaras, perguntei o por que é a caixa me disse que não a avisei. Por gentileza, pergunto como levarei 3 cafés grandes com leite em minhas mãos sem bandeja e sem nenhum guardanapo protegendo as colheres de plástico em plena pandemia? Péssimo o atendimento das três pois no final de tudo, riram de mim. Sou frequentador assíduo de outras lojas e me senti mal. O brasileiro tem o hábito de deixar pra lá e hoje fiz questão de registrar. Boa noite! Good evening! I am a customer of all “Rei do Mate” stores in various locations, but I have never been so poorly served as this afternoon at Shopping Cidade. I bought 3 coffees with milk for seniors who were in my company and the employees served me in cups and not cups. I was given 3 tablespoons and 3 sweeteners in my hands. It wasn't served to me on a tray and not in cups, I asked why the cashier told me I didn't warn her. Please ask me how I will take 3 large coffees with milk in my hands without a tray and without any napkin protecting the plastic spoons in the middle of a pandemic? Terrible service from the three of them because at the end of it all, they laughed at me. I'm a regular at other stores and I felt bad. Brazilians have the habit of letting it go and today I made a point of registering. Goodnight! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tomei as bebidas do chá mate outras vezes, mas tive uma péssima experiência no Rei do Mate no shopping cidade São Paulo. Literalmente bebida azeda. Se servir como indicação pra vocês, não peçam o mate suíço, totalmente fora do padrão das bebidas em outras franquias.
I've had mate tea drinks other times, but I had a bad experience at Rei do Mate in São Paulo shopping mall. Literally sour drink. If it serves as an indication for you, don't order Swiss mate, totally outside the standard of drinks in other franchises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the Mate at this location. The owner was super nice and let us try everything before purchase since he knew we were not from São Paulo. We also ordered the Soursop and Passion Fruit Juices. They were some of the freshest I’ve had in a long time. Definitely will be back to try the other items on the menu! ?
