Minha última compra foi para presentear e o produto que eu queria estava indisponível no site, mais para minha alegria foi só falar via chat com Daniel Gontijo que por sinal excelente profissional, atualizou a página colocando o produto disponível prá que eu fizesse a compra e claro já me alertou sobre o prazo para entrega que seria um pouco maior, pois o produto ainda iria ser confeccionado, claro que demorou para a entrega, porém já tinha sido avisada e chegou na minha casa dentro do prazo. Olha eu sou apaixonada por mochilas de lona e prá mim as da Relicário são as melhores e as mais lindas, sem contar que são super confortáveis. Pena que não tem filial aqui em são Paulo, mais um dia ainda vou conhecer a de Belo Horizonte. Parabéns a todos da Relicário. Super recomendo!!!!!

My last purchase was for a gift and the product I wanted was unavailable on the site, more for my joy was just talking via chat with Daniel Gontijo who by the way is an excellent professional, updated the page making the product available for me to make the purchase and of course already warned me about the delivery time that would be a little longer, because the product was still going to be made, of course it took a while for delivery, but I had already been warned and arrived at my house on time. Look, I'm in love with canvas backpacks and for me the ones from Relicário are the best and the most beautiful, not to mention they're super comfortable. O atendimento foi ótimo e ainda pude, por um pequeno acréscimo, personalizar minha mochila. Adicionaram a divisória para notebook e mudaram os bolsos internos de lugar, já que eu vou usar para carregar o notebook. Como foi uma personalização, me entregaram a mochila com quase 20 dias. A mochila ficou perfeita e ainda tem 2 anos de garantia. Estou muito feliz com o produto e com o atendimento
I bought a women's leather backpack and I'm super satisfied!
The service was great and I was still able, for a small addition, to customize my backpack. They added the notebook divider and moved the inside pockets around, as I'm going to use it to carry the notebook. As it was a customization, they gave me the backpack with almost 20 days. The backpack was perfect and still has a 2 year warranty. I'm very happy with the product and the service.
