★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpriram com os prazos de entrega, atraso de 15 dias. Perdi uma viagem em uma data especial para fazer o pedido de casamento. Pedi meu dinheiro de volta e não quiseram me ressarcir. Péssimo, não recomendo e não voltaria a fazer negócio.
Did not meet the delivery deadlines, delay of 15 days. I missed a trip on a special date to make the wedding request. I asked for my money back and they did not want to repay me. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it and would not do business again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom o atendimento foi ótimo mas na hora que peguei aliança o nome na gravação tava errado .mas gostei da loja me entregaram antes do prazo previsto mas mesmo assim pouco antes tive que volta duas vezes porque na primeira aliança tava com defeito e na segunda pedrinha no coracao errado na terceira agora era os nomes mas eles resolveram hj já estou com aliança estou muito feliz muito obrigado por tudo
Well, the service was great but when I got an alliance the name on the recording was wrong. But I liked the store, they gave it to me before the deadline, but even then I had to go back twice because the first ring was defective and the second pebble in the wrong heart on the third now it was the names but they decided today i already have an alliance i am very happy thank you for everything
