Recebi o produto no prazo, porém em vez do produto que comprei recebi um "compatível". O problema é que só comprei aqui porque aparecia o modelo exatamente igual ao que eu precisava como existindo em estoque. Entrando em contato informaram que não fabricava mais. Ora, para comprar um compatível, havia opções mais baratas em outros lugares. Se está fora de linha e não há mais em estoque, que sejam claros, sem induzir o consumidor a comprar algo diferente.

I received the product on time, but instead of the product I bought I received a "compatible" one. The problem is that I only bought it here because the model appeared exactly the same as what I needed as existing in stock. Contacting them, they informed that they no longer manufacture. Now, to buy a compatible one, there were cheaper options elsewhere. If it is offline and there is no more in stock, let it be clear, without inducing the consumer to buy something different.
