Sempre fizeram com maestria todos os procedimentos . É uma pena que estão vinculados com péssimas concessionários tipo (Andretta) .. Levamos nosso carro na Andretta ao lado do Shopping Iguatemi onde foi informado que as velas do carro estavam emperradas e que não era possível efetuar o serviço e provavelmente teríamos que procurar uma oficina para refazer o cabeçote.O resto vcs já sabem. Na minuto foi efetuada a troca sem nenhum problema como sempre. Deixem a Renault minuto ser direto da fábrica.
I want to record the excellent professionalism of Andréa and Fernando (Renault minute Taquaral). I have always used the services of Renault Minute Taquaral. They have always mastered all procedures. It is a pity that they are linked with terrible dealers (Andretta). We took our car at Andretta next to Shopping Iguatemi where it was informed that the car sails were stuck and that the service was not possible and we would probably have to look for a workshop to remake the head.The rest you guys already know. In the minute the exchange was made without any problem as always. Let the Renault minute be straight from the factory.

Os serviços são realizados de maneira ágil, eficiente, com explicações detalhadas de tudo o que está sendo realizado. Além disso, nos é informado quais itens deverão ser trocados em breve. A revisão é completa e o preço é muito justo, podendo até ser parcelado. Devo também deixar meus parabéns ao atendimento de todos os funcionários, sobretudo do Tiago, que é o atendente da recepção. Ele foi super pronto comigo, me respondeu dúvidas quase de imediato por Whatsapp. Nunca fui tão bem atendido em oficina mecânica. A moça do caixa, sra. Eli, também foi muito solícita, assim como o mecânico, que acabei não me recordando do nome. Enfim, só tenho a elogiar o trabalho desse pessoal. É sério. Nunca vi nada perto disso. Recomendo de verdade. Com certeza vocês podem confiar no trabalho desta equipe maravilhosa, que estão todos de parabéns!
I have nothing but praise, thanks and good recommendations for this workshop. I've had my car serviced twice and both times I've been treated exceptionally. Services are performed in an agile, efficient manner, with detailed explanations of everything being performed. In addition, we are informed which items are due to be exchanged soon. The review is complete and the price is very fair, and can even be paid in installments. I must also congratulate the service provided by all the staff, especially Tiago, who is the receptionist. He was super prompt with me, answered my questions almost immediately by Whatsapp. I've never been treated so well in a mechanic shop. The cashier, Mrs. Eli was also very helpful, as was the mechanic, who I ended up not remembering the name of. Anyway, I can only praise the work of these people. Really. I've never seen anything close to it. I really recommend. You can certainly trust the work of this wonderful team, who are all to be congratulated!
