Atualmente tentei comprar peças e nem sequer consegui ser atendido no telefone.Na ultima tentativa, 03/01/2022, sendo eu o próximo da"fila", fiquei 15 minutos escutando a musiquinha e acabei desistindo.

Comprei um carro no dia 13/01 e paguei à vista mas até hoje, dia 15/02 a documentação não foi transferida para meu nome. Foram várias tentativas de contato para obter uma explicação plausível mas tanto pelo telefone da loja como pelo vendedor Hedinho e a gerente Carla não foi resolvido nada. No começo pensei que fosse alguma desorganização mas uma serie de explicações estranhas e mentiras me fazem pensar q seria algo pior. Lamentável tal postura e um pós venda tão péssimo. Infelizmente terei que tratar o assunto na esfera legal.
Never buy anything from this place!!
I bought a car on 01/13 and paid in cash but until today, 02/15, the documentation has not been transferred to my name. There were several attempts to get in touch to get a plausible explanation but both by phone at the store and by the salesperson Hedinho and the manager Carla nothing was resolved. At first I thought it was some disorganization but a series of strange explanations and lies make me think it would be something worse. Such a shameful attitude and such a bad after-sales service. Unfortunately I will have to deal with the matter in the legal sphere.
