Liguei de São Paulo para saber informações sobre o aluguel de veículos, o atendente Fabrício foi de péssimo trato, atendeu o telefone como se fosse pessoal, dizendo "alô" e não da empresa, como pensei que tivesse ligado errado perguntei de onde falava, e este me respondeu, quer falar com quem? Respondi, que queria informações de entrega e retirada dos veículos e este me respondeu, está no site. Portanto desisti na hora, eu eu meus colaboradores nunca que tomara o serviço de uma empresa onde seu primeiro contato é de péssima apresentação.
Terrible attendance. First and last time. I called from São Paulo to inquire about car rental, the attendant Fabrício was very bad, answered the phone as if it were personal, saying "hello" and not the company, as I thought I had called wrong I asked where he was talking about, and this one answered me, who do you want to talk to? I replied, that I wanted delivery and pick-up information for the vehicles and he replied, it's on the website. So I gave up on the spot, me and my collaborators who had never taken the service of a company where their first contact is of poor presentation.
