O trabalho foi de excelência em todos os níveis de atendimento desde o primeiro contato, passando por apenas as necessárias intervenções com toda satisfação e acompanhamento que a situação requeria, até a entrega com o veículo em perfeitas condições. Vale ressaltar a preocupação do proprietário com o pós entrega além de facilitar e minorar as despesas pertinentes ao melhor custo/benefício dos serviços realizados. Recently I turned to the services of this workshop as a result of my daughter's vehicle being severely hit by a flood. The work was of excellence in all levels of service from the first contact, through only the necessary interventions with all satisfaction and accompaniment that the situation required, until delivery with the vehicle in perfect conditions. It is worth mentioning the concern of the owner with the post delivery, besides facilitating and reducing the expenses related to the best cost / benefit of the services performed. O Sr. Junior ao qual são feitos todos estes excelentes comentários em relação ao seu trabalho na sua oficina. Mas que não foi o que realizou no carro que adquiri para mim. A rapidez no trabalho nem sempre produz eficiência, quando foi me entregue o carro parecia que estava saindo da agencia e não da oficina. Essa foi minha decepção após alguns meses rodando com ele que fui percebendo os detalhes os Pará barros não foram fixados corretamente os paralamas estava pintado com tonalidades diferentes, sem falar que na porta do lado do carona tem escorrimento de tinta e foi usado tinta de qualidade inferior causando manchas em todo carro na parte inferior do veículo recomendo nota 1000 para toda equipe da Repara Autos Rios!
I want to thank Google for creating this space so that we can express both satisfaction and indignation at being harmed. Mr. Junior to whom all these excellent comments are made in relation to his work in his workshop. But that was not what he accomplished in the car I purchased for myself. The speed at work does not always produce efficiency, when the car was delivered it looked like it was leaving the agency and not the workshop. That was my disappointment after a few months of running with him, I started to notice the details. The muds were not fixed correctly, the fenders were painted in different shades, not to mention that the door on the side of the ride has dripping paint and lower quality paint was used. causing stains on every car at the bottom of the vehicle I recommend a 1000 note for the entire team at Repara Autos Rios!
