★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui comprar uma roupa na Reserva no Botafogo Praia Shopping e achei o atendimento péssimo por parte dos vendendores , exceto da caixa que era mulher e um vendedor negro meio careca que já estava atendendo que foi me atender. O resto me ignorou totalmente, ficaram conversando (Um zoando o outro) e nem para me ajudar na hora da escolhas das roupas. Eu vi que isso nao era com todos. Quando chegou um casal de pessoas brancas, eles foram atender numa atenção, espero que não tenha sido esse o motivo. Isso aconteceu na primeira semana de janeiro.
I went to buy clothes at Reserva do Botafogo Praia Shopping and found the service was terrible by the sellers, except for the cashier who was a woman and a half-bald black salesman who was already attending who came to see me. The rest totally ignored me, they kept talking (One making fun of the other) and not even to help me when choosing clothes. I saw that this was not with everyone. When a couple of white people arrived, they went to attend with attention, I hope that was not the reason. This happened in the first week of January.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre sou muito bem atendida lá! Os vendedores estão sempre felizes, animados e mostram tudo com mt boa vontade. O Gabriel me atende sempre e o atendimento dele é fora do sério! Ele consegue resolver tudo, se nao tem o tamanho ele da uma volta ao mundo pra resolver e me entregar o quanto antes. Ele também sempre me manda fotos das novidades . Parabéns ao gerente da loja do praia, a equipe é nota mil. O atendimento Reserva é referência, parabéns Rony.
I'm always very well attended there! Sellers are always happy, excited and willingly show everything. Gabriel always assists me and his service is beyond seriousness! He manages to solve everything, if he's not the size he goes around the world to solve and deliver it to me as soon as possible. He also always sends me pictures of the news. The way of displaying the price is not clear, tag prices are modified by sellers. I didn't think it was cool, although I love two outfits.
