Enviei e-mail para a empresa afim de saber se haviam recebido minhas informações e se tinham um prazo médio para análise de cada caso e também não me responderam. Refiz então todo o processo de novo há umas duas semanas, entrei no site, relatei o meu problema, anexei as provas e continuo sem nenhuma resposta. Nem previsão de análise ou se meu caso tem possibilidade de ir adiante. Fiz também pergunta através do Google pra ver se me respondem e nada. A empresa tem boa avaliação, parece ser séria, mas a comunicação deixa muito a desejar. Se dessem pelo menos um feedback se há um prazo mínimo para análise, já era alguma coisa. Agora fico sem saber se receberam as informações ou não. Porque se não, vou ter que procurar outra forma de resolver o meu problema, o qual achei que resolveria através da Resolve Aqui.
I reported my case for review more than a month ago and got no response. I sent an email to the company to find out if they had received my information and if they had an average time frame for analyzing each case, and they also did not respond. So I redid the whole process again a couple of weeks ago, I entered the site, reported my problem, attached the evidence and still have no response. No forecast of analysis or if my case has the possibility of going forward. I also asked a question through Google to see if they answer me and nothing. The company has a good rating, seems to be serious, but the communication leaves a lot to be desired. If they gave at least feedback and if there is a minimum deadline for analysis, that would be something. Now I don't know if they received the information or not. Because if not, I'll have to look for another way to solve my problem, which I thought I would solve through Resolve Here.
