★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim de Brasília para provar o lamen do Shin e fui supreendido pelo péssimo atendimento do garçom(se é que se pode chamar assim, pois nem uniforme ou outra identificação utilizava) mal educado, grosseiro e impaciente. Infelizmente o japa está muito mal assessorado. Inicialmente, iamos pedir um lamen para dividir, pois não conhecíamos a casa e, assim, poderiamos provar mais sabores se quiséssemos. Fomos informados que teria uma taxa de 15 reais por isso. Achamos absurdo e questionamos ele(garçom) sobre este valor. Este disse que era norma da casa e deveríamos pagar por ocupar o "espaço" sendo que o lugar estava deserto(somente nós estávamos lá). Argumentou ainda que poderíamos querer pedir outra tigela para dividir o lamen. Dissemos que não seria necessário e que também era um péssimo argumento para justificar a taxa.
Ao pedir para cancelar o pedido, ele se irritou e virou as costas amassando a comanda. Saímos quase que enxotados de lá. Péssimo atendimento para um lugar vazio. Volto? Nunca! Pela terceira vez consecutiva nessa viagem preferi ir ao Aska. Procurem também o Tan Tan Noodle bar, Ikkousha e Izakaya Omoide Sakaba que possuem, tanto atendimento, quanto pratos excelentes. Quanto aos pratos do Wakka, não posso opinar, pois não pude provar graças aos préstimos do nosso personagem acima. Triste.
 I came from Brasilia to try Shin's lamen and I was surprised by the bad service of the waiter (if you can call it that, because neither uniform nor other identification used) badly polite, rude and impatient. Unfortunately japa is very poorly advised. Initially, we were going to ask for a lamen to share, as we didn't know the house and, thus, we could taste more flavors if we wanted to. We were informed that there would be a fee of 15 reais for that. We found it absurd and questioned him (waiter) about this value. This said it was the norm of the house and we should pay to occupy the "space" since the place was deserted (only we were there). He also argued that we might want to ask for another bowl to share the lamen. We said it would not be necessary and that it was also a bad argument to justify the fee.
When asking to cancel the order, he got irritated and turned his back, kneading the command. We almost drove out of there. Bad service for an empty seat. Back? Never! For the third consecutive time on this trip I preferred to go to Aska. Also look for the Tan Tan Noodle bar, Ikkousha and Izakaya Omoide Sakaba that have both excellent service and dishes. As for the Wakka dishes, I can't give an opinion, because I couldn't taste it thanks to the services of our character above. Sad.

Me sinto em casa quando vou, pois o ambiente é aconchegante. Se você for com tempo, irá aproveitar e saborear mais ainda!
A piece of paradise, also known as potato croquette with meat and Korokke! All dishes are freshly made, with great dedication and care for Cida. The starters are great. I feel at home when I go, because the atmosphere is cozy. If you have time, you will enjoy and enjoy even more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ casa singela e pequenina dentro de uma galeria na Brigadeiro Luís Antônio, serve pratos rápidos (teishoku) bem honestos e com um bom custo x benefício. As noites aparentemente a pegada é de um Izakaya.
Recomendo o korokke e o omuraisu deles, saborosos e na medida, parecido com os que comi no Nihon.
No serviço de jantar das sextas e aos finais de semana o ramen master Shin também serve os seus ramen autorais no Waka, fiquem espertos!
