Para começar: O atendimento telefônico é horrível. Não souberam me informar de forma clara como era o imóvel no qual eu estava interessado. Tive quer ligar por três vezes até conseguir uma rasa explicação de como era o imóvel.
Pois bem, como se não bastasse, marcaram comigo para irmos visitar o citado imóvel, mas não apareceram e sequer me ligaram para justificar a ausência.
Ao contatar a imobiliária, justificaram que provavelmente o corretor se esqueceu.
Lamentável!
Terrible!
To start: The telephone service is horrible. They did not know how to tell me clearly what the property in which I was interested was. I had to call three times until I got a shallow explanation of what the property was like.
Well, as if that weren't enough, they made an appointment with me to visit the property, but they didn't show up and didn't even call me to justify their absence.
When contacting the real estate, they justified that the broker probably forgot.
Unfortunate!
