E demora muito para sermos atendidos

Com mais de 11 unidades do Rio de Janeiro, paguei R$ 420,00 para colher exame de PCR - COVID -19 em casa, pois temos alguém infectado na residência, 5 dias ÚLTEIS depois ainda não tenho o resultado!!! isso é um ABSURDO!!! Porque vendem mais exames do que podem atender de fato??? Lucro acima das mortes!!! NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE LABORATÓRIO!!!
LAST COMPANY! With more than 11 units in Rio de Janeiro, I paid R $ 420.00 to have a PCR - COVID -19 exam at home, because we have someone infected at the residence, 5 BUSINESS days afterwards I still don't have the result !!! that's an ABSURD !!! Why sell more exams than they can actually answer ??? Profit above deaths !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAB !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só atende no WhatsApp e é muita burocracia…. Querem nome, data de nascimento, foto do pedido e da carteira do convênio, só para informar se fazem o exame. Fui, fazer o exame em outro laboratório! ?
It only works on WhatsApp and it's a lot of bureaucracy…. They want name, date of birth, photo of the application and the health insurance card, just to let you know if they are taking the exam. I went to take the exam in another laboratory! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já abri uma reclamação no Procon contra vocês! não liberam testes para os convênios e cobram por fora dos clientes. Para quem paga mais e fora do convênio tem teste....

Enquanto uns laboratórios estão em processo de definhamento (por ex: Labs) o Richet te atende bem, te dá um kit lanche (em parceria com o Hortifruti) que contém um sanduíche, um suco e uma fruta, além disso você ainda pode pegar café/capuccino/leite ou chá, e balas. No mesmo dia que fiz o exame de sangue, recebi sms no celular dizendo que alguns resultados já estavam prontos (resultados que só estariam prontos dali a 3 dias ficaram prontos no dia!). Eu achei o Richet muito eficiente! Enquanto mantiver o serviço excelente desta forma continuarei preferindo-o!
Best laboratory today! While some laboratories are in the process of withering away (eg Labs) Richet serves you well, gives you a snack kit (in partnership with Hortifruti) which contains a sandwich, a juice and a fruit, in addition you can still get coffee /capuccino/milk or tea, and mints. On the same day that I did the blood test, I received an SMS on my cell phone saying that some results were ready (results that would only be ready after 3 days were ready on the day!). I found Richet very efficient! As long as I keep the service excellent in this way I will continue to prefer it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo laboratório. Não merece nem uma estrela. Perdi o cartão com o login e a senha de acesso e nunca mais consegui recuperar. Fui em resultado de exames no ícone recuperar senha e nada. Liguei para lá 2x e os atendentes são impacientes e jogam toda responsabilidade do operacional do laboratório, como recuperação de senha, sistema, no hospital onde fiz o exame e onde eles possuem parceria. U exame simples não é rápido como em outros laboratórios; o atendimento é ruim, o operacional é ruim. Péssimo mesmo, fiquem sem meu exame, pois não moro perto do hospital. Não recomendo o Richet e nunca mais faço nenhum exame nele. Dinheiro jogado no lixo.
Bad laboratory. It doesn't even deserve a star. I lost the card with the login and password and was never able to recover. I went on exams result in the password recover icon and nothing. I called there twice and the attendants are impatient and play all of the laboratory's operational responsibility, such as password recovery, system, at the hospital where I took the exam and where they have a partnership. A simple exam is not fast like in other labs; the service is bad, the operational is bad. Really awful, don't miss my exam, as I don't live near the hospital. I don't recommend Richet and I will never do any tests on it again. Money thrown in the trash.
