★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ridículo por parte da equipe de coleta de sangue infantil. Amadores ao extremo ao ponto de errar na coleta de sangue e ficar cutucando/manipulando agulha enquanto esta no braço, em um bebe de menos de 3 anos. Péssimo. Amador. Evitem
 Ridiculous care by the infant blood collection team. Extreme amateurs to the point of making mistakes in blood collection and sticking with the needle while it's in the arm, in a baby under 3 years old. Terrible. Amateur. avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei em cima da hora para um exame no sábado mas ainda assim a recepcionista me deixou fazer. Agradeço a gentileza, pois se eu não fizesse esse exame naquele dia, perderia minha data marcada para um compromisso extremamente importante.
Instalações do laboratório são bem organizadas e tudo pareceu limpo.

I arrived on time for an exam on Saturday but still the receptionist let me do it. I thank you for your kindness, because if I didn't take that exam that day, I would miss my date set for an extremely important appointment.
Laboratory facilities are well organized and everything looked clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente. Alguns clientes se queixam de ficar aguardando 20 minutos, mas não se queixam de ficar na fila do banco por horas! Coisa de lebloiense metido a besta!
Excelent reception. Some customers complain about waiting 20 minutes, but they don't complain about standing in line at the bank for hours! Lebloiense thing, cocky!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento extremamente lento!!! Quase 1h de espera para ser atendida pela manhã (8hs). Os atendentes claramente não têm a menor pressa e senso de urgência no atendimento, fazendo longas pausas entre clientes e longe da estação de trabalho. Ouvi 2 senhoras reclamando em alto e bom som sobre a demora. Realmente incompatível com o serviço esperado!
Extremely slow service!!! Almost 1 hour of waiting to be attended in the morning (8 hours). The attendants clearly have no rush and a sense of urgency in service, taking long breaks between customers and away from the workstation. I heard 2 ladies complaining loud and clear about the delay. Really inconsistent with the expected service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo laboratório para atendimento de PCR , Antígeno, para tudo ! Vc marca no site o exame eles não obedecem o sistema, vc fica na fila mais de 3 horas com hora marcada, sendo que vc fica do lado de pessoas contaminada.!!!! Péssimo laboratório!! Deveriam verificar direito este local ! Medo de pegar COVID aqui .
Terrible laboratory for PCR, Antigen, for everything! You schedule the exam on the website, they do not obey the system, you are in line for more than 3 hours by appointment, and you are on the side of infected people.!!!! Bad laboratory!! You should check this place out! Fear of getting COVID here.
