Tendo problema com outros moradores, a imobiliária por nada podia fazer pelo detalhe que o que seria próximo de um caseiro, era contato próximo do proprietário dos imóveis, e ignoravam todas e quaisquer contatos com "nada podemos fazer".
 As stated in two other evaluations, I make them my own. My brief life experience was a bad one as a tenant.
Having problems with other residents, the real estate company could not do anything for the detail that what would be close to a caretaker, was close contact with the owner of the property, and ignored any and all contacts with "we can do nothing".

Nos últimos dois anos percebi uma melhora na estrutura da imobiliária, que passou a ter serviços pela internet, passou a ofertar mais produtos para facilitar a locação dos meus imóveis e também a ter um profissional exclusivo para visitar os imóveis. Seguindo orientação da administradora, consegui alugar todos os meus imóveis. Estou muito satisfeito.
I have my properties managed by Rio Minho for over a decade. In the last two years I noticed an improvement in the structure of the real estate, which started to have services over the internet, began to offer more products to facilitate the rental of my properties and also to have an exclusive professional to visit the properties. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai tinha seus imóveis administrados pela Rio Minho. Faleceu e minha mãe continuou com a Rio Minho. Ela faleceu e eu continuei com a Rio Minho. Acha que não preciso dizer mais nada. As pessoas acham que a imobiliária é culpada de tudo que acontece. Se não consegui alugar um imóvel porque está com o nome sujo, a culpa é da imobiliária. Se não consegue alugar um imóvel porque não comprova renda, a imobiliária é muito burocrática. Enfim, acho muito injusto não avaliarem a Rio Minho com responsabilidade, afinal de contas, estas AVALIAÇÕES SEM EXPLICAÇÕES estão à disposição de todo mundo.
My father had his properties managed by Rio Minho. He died and my mother continued with Rio Minho. She passed away and I continued with Rio Minho. You don't think I need say anything else. People think the real estate agency is to blame for everything that happens. If I couldn't rent a property because it's got a dirty name, it's the real estate agency's fault. If you can't rent a property because you don't prove income, the real estate agency is very bureaucratic. Anyway, I think it's very unfair not to evaluate Rio Minho responsibly, after all, these REVIEWS WITHOUT EXPLANATIONS are available to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente dessa conceituada empresa há muitos anos desde o tempo do Sr. Antonio/Vera. Qualquer poblema sempre resolvido. Hj está a frente o Dr.Rogrigo, excelente profissional, confiável, enfim sem nenhuma queixa. O que mais me prendeu a mesma foi a confiança que nela depositei. Tive ao longo do tempo excelentes inquilinos que saíram por motivo de compra de imóvel. É uma imobiliária séria que preza com as suas exigências a segurança de seus clientes. O meu imóvel fica num condomínio que não aceita nenhum anúncio no local, portanto, sempre foi trabalhado pela própria imobiliária.
Antes da Rio Minho tive péssima experiência com outra imobiliária bem conceituada no mercado...
Existem clientes que gostam do famoso jeitinho, aí, qdo deparam com as exigências reclamam., enfim...
Parabenizo toda a equipe sempre atenciosa e pronta a atender seus clientes.

I have been a client of this renowned company for many years since the time of Mr. Antonio/Vera. Any problem always solved. Today is in front of Dr. Rogrigo, excellent professional, trustworthy, finally without any complaints. What held me the most was the trust I placed in her. Over time I have had excellent tenants who left for the purpose of buying a property. It is a serious real estate agency that values the security of its clients with its requirements. My property is in a condominium that does not accept any advertisement on the site, therefore, it has always been worked by the real estate agency.
Before Rio Minho I had terrible experience with another reputable real estate agency in the market...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,falta de educação! Minha mãe ligou agora pouco para essa imobiliária perguntando sobre e desligaram na cara dela! Falta de respeito! Antes de querer atender o público pense duas vezes antes porque a pessoa que atendeu é sem educação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho me retratar baseada no meu atendimento de”Hoje” , não poderia comenter injustiças por erros passados, eu tive sim e bem recente problemas com a Rio minho na questão financeira e quando eu ia resolver gerava aborrecimentos ,porém hoje houve interesse no meu problema e vi q que a funcionária realmente queria me ajudar, muito simpática e prestativa e profissional , não retiro oq disse anteriormente por q o antigo quadro de funcionários era péssimo e tive varios aborrecimentos , porém HOJE me deu uma esperança vendo novas pessoas e pessoas educadas e empenhadas em nos atender bem , parabéns Rio Minho pela nova administração …

Não recomendo entrega dos seus bens nas mãos dessa administradora para qualquer serviço muito menos para administrar condomínio. Deixo claro aqui que a resposta postada é uma inverdade. Nunca questionei a ação judicial e venho cumprindo minhas obrigações conforme acordo firma. Talvez pela própria desorganização da empresa quem deu a resposta não saiba da troca de e-mails com a Sra Carla sobre a ausência do boleto de cobrança por dois meses consecutivos e não são capazes de resolver.
Bad is little. There is no service and administrative organization. I do not recommend delivering your goods into the hands of this administrator for any service, much less to manage a condominium. I make it clear here that the answer posted is untrue. I have never questioned the lawsuit and I have been fulfilling my obligations as per the signed agreement. Perhaps because of the disorganization of the company, whoever gave the answer is not aware of the exchange of emails with Ms. Carla about the absence of the collection slip for two consecutive months and they are not able to resolve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e uma falta de comunicação entre proprietário e imobiliaria que nunca vi em lugar nenhum! não recomedo pra ninguem, deixei meu imovel por 60 dias ( exclusividade ) e ainda bem que não aluguei meu imovel e fiz a rescisão pq iria ter sérios problemas.
Quanto a resposta da imobiliaria de fato minha amiga está alguns anos desde a época do pai com a referida mas não garanto nada sobre sua satisfação. Liguei diversas vezes para falar com Sr.Rodrigo ou Luana que nunca estavam pra me atender, ou ocupados e nunca retornavam. Não queria um corretor exclusivo para me passar todas as informaçoes como a referida cita. A falta de comunicação e diálogo gera justamente isso: má interpretação. Eu liguei para saber o que as pessoas estavam achando do valor do aluguel para negociar o valor, mas ninguem me atendeu e funcionarias mal educadas. Quanto a exlusividade de um corretor para ver meu imovél existe sim, a Rio Minho não é a única no mundo e existe até imobiliarias melhores. E quanto a pintura do meu imovel perdi 2 semanas esperando uma indicação de um pintor de voces, simplesmente ignororaram totalmennte, eu mesma tive que correr atras de um pintor, e diga-se excelente pintor e mancha de rolo esta sua imobliaria com essa cor azul ultrapassada. Tem vaga de garagem sim, pois meu carro ficava na mesma, e um condominio de 200,00 caro??? imovel em localizacao excelente, a 5 minutos da Dias da Cruz com comercio e tudo perto, local sossegado e valorizado é brincadeira né! ou seja só li inverdades. Ainda mandei um e.mail tentando uma comunicação que só foi respondido como recebido após 30 dias e só depois que reclamei. E o que contribuiu significativamente pela não locaçao foi a total falta de comunicacaço pois se tivesse sido diferente não estaria aqui reclamando Passar bem para todos.

And as for the painting of my property, I spent 2 weeks waiting for a recommendation from a painter of you, they simply ignored it completely, I myself had to run after a painter, and it is said that an excellent painter and roller stain this property of yours with that blue color outdated. There is a parking space, yes, because my car was in the same, and an expensive condominium of 200.00??? property in excellent location, 5 minutes from Dias da Cruz with commerce and everything close by, quiet and valued place is a joke right! I mean, I just read untruths. I still sent an email trying to communicate that was only answered as received after 30 days and only after I complained. And what contributed significantly to the non-leasing was the total lack of communication because if it had been different, I wouldn't be here claiming to have a good time for everyone.
