★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um passeio para Arraial do Cabo e não recomendo para ninguém. O ônibus chegou 40 minutos depois do combinado no hotel, a guia não tratou ninguém bem e ao chegar lá foi avisado que não teria passeio de barco por conta dos ventos, o que não havia sido informado que teria essa possibilidade. O ônibus parou longe do local do almoço que ja estava incluído no pacote, tivemos que caminhar muito, além de ser um ambiente sujo, com garçons mal educados e super despreparados para receber turistas. E na parte da tarde mal conseguimos aproveitar a praia por conta do tempo apertado! Muita decepção com tudo
 I took a trip to Arraial do Cabo and I don't recommend it to anyone. The bus arrived 40 minutes later than agreed at the hotel, the guide did not treat anyone well and when he got there he was warned that he would not have a boat ride because of the winds, which he had not been informed that there would be this possibility. The bus stopped far from the lunch spot that was already included in the package, we had to walk a lot, in addition to being a dirty environment, with rude waiters and super unprepared to receive tourists. And in the afternoon we could barely enjoy the beach because of the tight weather! Very disappointed with everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos o passeio pro arraial do cabo e a experiência foi simplesmente HORRÍVEL.
Primeiro que eles falam que são 200 reais com almoço, passeio de barco e taxa de 10 reais incluídos no pack, daí você vai no ônibus com eles chegando lá falam que não que os 10 reais já não estão incluídos nos 200 reais.
Depois falam que o ônibus dinossauro não chega no destino final que somos obrigados a pegar um táxi e pagar pelo mesmo.
Falam que tem almoço incluído, deixam a gente desde as 7 da manhã até as 17:30 da tarde sem comer NADA (para obrigar a gente a comer os espetinhos que eles vendem no barco)…
Daí o lugar do almoço é HORRÍVEL! Deplorável a situação do lugar, falta de higiene e cuidado.
Detalhe, o tal do barco eles enchem até não entrar mais nenhuma pessoa ou seja…. Não vamos NADA cômodos.
Ou seja, experiência HORRÍVEL. Não recomendo pra ninguém
We bought the tour to the Arraial do Cabo and the experience was simply HORRIBLE.
First they say it is 200 reais with lunch, boat ride and 10 reais fee included in the pack, then you go on the bus with them getting there they say no that the 10 reais are no longer included in the 200 reais.
Then they say that the dinosaur bus does not arrive at the final destination that we are forced to take a taxi and pay for it.
They say lunch is included, they leave us from 7 am to 5:30 pm without eating ANYTHING (to force us to eat the skewers they sell on the boat)…
Hence the lunch place is HORRIBLE! Deplorable the situation of the place, lack of hygiene and care.
Detail, the boat they fill until no one else enters, that is…. We're not going to ANY rooms.
In other words, a HORRIBLE experience. I don't recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O passeio para arraial do cabo foi horrível, o barco péssimo e sujo, o chão era encardido. Gelo para as caipirinhas no chão do lado dos banheiros e da cozinha improvisada a chapa da cozinha era suja e cerveja quente. O almoço prometido pela companhia era bom porém janta, ocorreu às 18 horas, e não tivemos CORAGEM, de consumir no barco mais mesmo com fome, pois era SUJO. Saímos do hotel às 7 e o ônibus saiu do rio as 09:30 horas, 2:30 só pegando passageiro de hotel por hotel, saímos às 7 chegamos 12:30hrs em arraial, entramos no barco as 13 horas tivemos o total de 1:20 em praias lotadas, o restante foi ou em ônibus ou barco sujo. Nao aproveitamos nada do lugar comprado as 16 horas que passamos com a companhia, isso porque chegamos o hotel na volta as 23 horas.
Já fizemos muitos passeios, mas sem dúvidas não fizemos nenhum próximo em ser tão ruim como esse. NÃO RECOMENDO, NAO SE ESTRESSEM, NÃO VÃO !
The trip to the village of Cabo was horrible, the boat was terrible and dirty, the floor was grimy. Ice for the caipirinhas on the floor next to the bathrooms and the makeshift kitchen the kitchen griddle was dirty and beer was hot. The lunch promised by the company was good, but dinner took place at 6 pm, and we didn't have the COURAGE to consume more on the boat even when hungry, because it was DIRTY. We left the hotel at 7 am and the bus left the river at 9:30 am, 2:30 am only taking passengers from hotel to hotel, we left at 7 am we arrived at 12:30 pm in arraial, we got on the boat at 1 pm we had a total of 1: 20 on crowded beaches, the rest were either by bus or dirty boat. We didn't take advantage of the place we bought during the 16 hours we spent with the company, that's because we arrived at the hotel on our way back at 23:00.
We've done many tours, but without a doubt we haven't done any close to being as bad as this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT STRESS, DO NOT GO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR AGÊNCIA DE TURISMO. NÃO DESPERDICEM SEU TEMPO E DINHEIRO AQUI.
Nos venderam um passeio para dia 23/01/22 do Rio até Atraial do cabo que “duraria 12 horas, com almoço incluso”.
Saímos do hotel as 7:20 e até as 10:00 ainda não tínhamos saído do Rio, buscando outros clientes, cada um em um ponto da cidade. (O problema não é buscar outros clientes, e sim ocultar essa informação de nós ao vender o passeio). Chegamos em Arraial as 13 horas, fomos jogados no barco que ainda tinha.
BARCO SEVEN SEAS (lugar sujo e superlotado)
Tudo improvisado, coletes sem
Amarração, velhos, encardidos, tudo jogado no chão molhado nos cantos do barco. A cozinha fazia divisa com os banheiros, gelo no chão ao lado da porta do banheiro, frutas cortadas em uma tábua encardida, corrimãos e cozinha encardida, cheia de gordura nos vidros, chapa preta de sujeira, panos encardidos, pretos e velhos) No banheiro não havia papel, muito menos um sabao velho para lavar as mãos. As cervejas foram colocadas quentes, fervendo as 13 horas numa caixa de isopor preta, encardida, nunca lavada na vida, também no chão ao lado do banheiro fedido. Não tinha como consumir nada ali. Não sabem nem otimizar os próprios ganhos e lucros de tanta desorganização e porquice.
O NOSSO ALMOÇO INCLUSO aconteceu as 19 horas. E saímos de arraial já era 20
Horas. Chegamos no hotel as 23 horas.
De um passeio com total de 16 horas passamos 9 horas no ônibus buscando e levando turista em hotel, 5 horas nesse barco dos horrores, 1 hora de almoço, e APENAS 1 hora na praia já no fim da tarde.
FUNCIONÁRIOS CLARAMENTE LEIGOS, sem treinamento algum, que fazem a mesma função há anos e por isso a coisa “acontece”.
Parabéns , vocês conseguem fazer qualquer turista nunca mais querer voltar!!!

They sold us a tour for 01/23/22 from Rio to Atraial do Cabo that “would last 12 hours, with lunch included”.
We left the hotel at 7:20 and until 10:00 we still hadn't left Rio, looking for other clients, each one in a different part of the city. (The problem is not looking for other customers, but hiding this information from us when selling the tour). We arrived in Arraial at 1 pm, we were thrown in the boat that still had.
BOAT SEVEN SEAS (dirty and overcrowded place)

Mooring, old, grimy, all lying on the wet floor in the corners of the boat. The kitchen borders the bathrooms, ice on the floor next to the bathroom door, fruit cut on a grimy board, handrails and grimy kitchen, full of grease on the windows, black plate of dirt, grimy, black and old cloths) In the bathroom there was no paper, much less an old soap to wash your hands. The beers were placed hot, boiling at 1 pm in a black styrofoam box, grimy, never washed in my life, also on the floor next to the smelly bathroom. There was no way to consume anything there. They don't even know how to optimize their own gains and profits from so much disorganization and why.
OUR LUNCH INCLUDED took place at 7pm. And we left the camp it was already 20
hours. We arrived at the hotel at 11 pm.
From a tour with a total of 16 hours, we spent 9 hours on the bus picking up and taking tourists to the hotel, 5 hours on this boat of horrors, 1 hour for lunch, and ONLY 1 hour on the beach in the late afternoon.
CLEARLY LAY EMPLOYEES, without any training, who have been doing the same job for years and that's why it "happens".
Congratulations, you can make any tourist never want to come back!!!

Foi demais!!!Ione Santos foi muita boa guia, ela explicou todo o tour em 3 idiomas e foi muito amável e ela se preocupou o tempo tudo por o grupo. O motorista dirigiu muito bem.

It was awesome!!! Ione Santos was a very good guide, she explained the whole tour in 3 languages and was very kind and she took care of everything for the group. The driver drove very well.

We were the only 2 english speaking people and he went out of his way to translate everything so that we could get all the derails of this beautiful city! The value of this tour is outstanding from the sightseeing to the wonderful buffet lunch and everything in between. Thank you Marcio! This was the best city tour I have ever taken!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour for Búzios departed late, it seems that they were waiting some passengers who didn’t show, but the bus was stopped for around 40 minutes.
The activities were always running late, as well as the bus that came to pick us up at the end of the day (around 1 hour waiting again).
The guide was really friendly and attentive.
The boat trip was really fun and traditional.
The lunch was ok.
Overall, I think It wasn’t worthy, because we spent a lot of time between the delays and on the road and only around of 3-4 hours having fun.
