★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajé con esta empresa el 3/01/2017, desorganizada, imprudente, el almuerzo pactado a las12.30hs nos lo dieron a las 17hs, nos hicieron dar vueltas 2 horas por Rio de Janeiro y luego nos trasladaron a otro colectivo donde no alcanzaban las plazas, una persona discapacitada decidió cancelar su excursión por la falta de resolución de problema, fue un espanto, el barco donde nos llevaron todo sucio, el baño inaccesible

el auto bus estaba sin ar condicionado .

Évitez cette agence de voyage.
Une journée de visite à Pétropolis:
Départ prévu 8 H 20 de l’hôtel à Rio. Le bus n'est arrivé qu'à 8 H 35. Ensuite, pendant 1H 30, ramassage des autres touristes dans RIO. Quand j'ai manifesté mon mécontentement à la guide, elle m'a répondu que si je n'étais pas content je pouvais descendre et prendre un taxi pour rentrer à mon hôtel ! Bravo pour la courtoisie vis à vis du client qui la fait vivre...
A Petropolis, visite d'une fabrique de chocolat qui en fait n'en fabrique pas sur place. Ce n'est qu'un petit hangar bien moche où sont vendus quelques chocolats et des souvenirs bien laids avec 2 toilettes pour un car 45 places... Le reste de la visite n'est pas très passionnant car le palais de l'empereur n'est jamais qu'un petit château de province pour un français habitué aux ors des rois et de la république. Le palais de verre n'est qu'une serre vide et ne mérite pas plus de 10 ‘ d’arrêt, la cathédrale n'offre guère d'intérêt hormis le gisant de l’empereur et une belle photo quand on la voit du bout du canal. Repas minable (supplément de 40 €/ personne ce qui est très cher pour le Brésil) dans un endroit où il n'y a pas d'autre possibilité que de suivre la troupe Pour terminer la journée en occupant les touristes, shopping d'une heure dans des boutiques médiocres, peu achalandées et de piètre qualité. Le tout encadré par Tonia, alias CHICHI, une guide à moitié hystérique, braillant à tout bout de champ OULALA ! et menant ses passagers dans une ambiance de colonie de vacances pour enfants attardés avec des blagues idiotes et de mauvais goût. Bus à la climatisation glaciale (merci pour la sinusite), rien n'a manqué pour gâcher cette journée où l’on fait plus d’heures de bus que de visite.
Bref, n'y allez pas ! Vous économiserez votre argent et vos nerfs. Je n'ai jamais vu une excursion aussi mal organisée et de peu d’intérêt.

A day's visit to Petropolis:

In Petropolis, visit a chocolate factory that actually does not produce on site. This is only a small shed very ugly where are sold some chocolates and ugly memories with 2 toilets for a bus 45 seats ... The rest of the visit is not very exciting because the palace of the emperor is only a small provincial castle for a Frenchman accustomed to the golds of kings and the republic. The glass palace is an empty greenhouse and does not deserve more than 10 'of stop, the cathedral offers little interest except the recumbent of the emperor and a beautiful picture when it is seen from the last of the canal. Shabby meal (supplement of 40 € / person which is very expensive for Brazil) in a place where there is no other possibility than to follow the troupe To end the day by occupying the tourists, shopping a time in mediocre shops, uncrowded and of poor quality. All framed by Tonia, alias CHICHI, a half-hysterical guide, bawling OULALA all the time! and leading its passengers into a back-to-back kids' camp atmosphere with silly jokes and bad taste. Bus to the icy air conditioning (thank you for sinusitis), nothing was missing to spoil the day when we do more bus hours than visit.
In short, do not go! You will save your money and your nerves. I have never seen an excursion so poorly organized and of little interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malo el servicio. Contratamos tour a Petropolis. Dimos vueltas por Rio durante dos horas y media buscando pasajeros. LLegamos al mediodía y nos llevaron a fábrica de chocolates (a comprar) luego al Palacio de Pedro I. El guia no hablaba español (decía que si). Desorganización nunca vista. No es recomendable
Very bad service. We hire a tour to Petropolis. We toured Rio for two and a half hours looking for passengers. We arrived at noon and they took us to the chocolate factory (to buy) then to the Pedro I Palace. The guide did not speak Spanish (he said yes). Disorganization never seen. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos dos excursiones por el momento (Petropolis y Buzios) estuvieron bastante bien. El primer lugar, como sacamos de un día para otro nos pusieron con otra agencia, tardo unos 40 min en llegar ,luego de eso, la excursión estuvo buena, la guía nos explico de manera excelente todo lo cultural.
La que contratamos de Buzios que si fue de ellos, fue puntual, tardamos unas tres horas en llegar, paseamos en catamarán, lo cual es bueno si sabes nadar porque la profundidad es de unos 3 metros en adelante, no pisamos playas. Estaría bueno que aclaren que llevemos maya. En el folleto no lo dice.
La comida estaba incluida, muy buena. Pasemos por el centro que es hermoso.
