★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom preço porém péssimo atendimento, em um determinado dia fiquei 1:30 esperando para ter serviço realizado e ainda pularam a minha vez por um outro cliente ser "amigo". No dia seguinte voltei e um funcionário fez o atendimento em 2 clientes de uma só vez. Funcionários ficam mexendo em celular e nós esperando......
 Good price but bad service, on a given day I was waiting for 1:30 to have service performed and they still skipped my turn because another customer was "friend". The next day I came back and an employee took care of 2 customers at once. Employees are using cell phones and we are waiting......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido na loja do Riachuelo, coloquei dois pneus na dianteira, alinhados e balanceados, até aí tudo perfeito mais estava esperando ele inventar um defeito e o alinhador disse que precisava fazer cambagem, o alinhamento sabia que estava errado pois tinha trocado a balança do carro, aí queriam me.cobrar mais 180,00 pela cambagem mais não autorizei pois liguei para meu mecânico pois tinha tirado uma.foto do monitor do aparelho e o mecânico disso que estava dentro dos limites. Obs fiquem atentos com esses auto center. As vezes o barato sai caro. Com tudo, recomendo a loja.
I was attended at the Riachuelo store, I put two tires on the front, aligned and balanced, until then everything was perfect but I was waiting for him to invent a defect and the aligner said he needed to do camber, the alignment knew it was wrong because he had changed the scales of the car , then they wanted to charge me another 180.00 for the camber but I didn't authorize it because I called my mechanic because I had taken a.photo of the device's monitor and the mechanic said that it was within the limits. Note stay tuned with these auto center. Sometimes cheap is expensive. All in all, I recommend the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção........ Pelo telefone com o vendedor Sr. Douglas (subgerente) me informou o preço do amortecedor traseiro com kit completo 800,00 e o pneus 224,00 instalado e balanceado. Fuiii... Chegando lá após desmontar começou os problemas. No kit não constava o coxim a principal peça a ser trocada aumentando 100,00 com desconto e o pneus não era instalado pq tem que trocar as válvulas... 20,00 cada (então para instalar precisa trocar a válvula??????? Kkkkkkk Se precisa ??? troca pq foi informado pneu instalado não era roda com defeito ). Pior de tudo foi na hora de pagar o valor total não correspondia pelo combinado. Porém após isso tudo posso acreditar que não houve má fé?????? Fica opinião de cada um.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, péssimo, queria da 0 estrela mas não tem como, pois fui trocar os pneus somente, e fazer o alinhamento e balanceamento, e inventaram varias coisas no meu carro sem necessidade. Mandaram eu aguardar na sala de espera, depois me chamaram e quiseram me engambelar dizendo que a roda tá empenada, amassada, algumas buchas / coxins estavam estourados e tinha que serem trocados, além de outros absurdos, querendo cobrar valor altíssimo, depois ameaça dizendo que se não trocar não vai dar garantia do sv. Ai disse que ia embora e tudo fica bom de novo e trocaram somente o que pedi e ainda deram a garantia. Na Desonestidade e malandragem nenhuma empresa prospera. Fica a dica.

Then I said I was leaving and everything is fine again and they changed only what I asked for and they even gave the guarantee. In dishonesty and trickery no company thrives. Here's the tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom preço mas serviço muito demorado. Não ofereceram local para aguardar, apesar disso, outro cliente comentou que tal local existe. Um sol de lascar e não tem nem um copo d'água.
