★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agora as 15:30 do dia 1/2/2021 no ponto da estação do engenho novo fiz sinal para o motorista do 627 e o mesmo passou direto, parou no sinal e ainda se recusou a abrir a porta. Pra piorar a viação n atende.
 Now at 15:30 on 1/2/2021 at the stop of the new engenho station I signaled to the driver of the 627 and he went straight through, stopped at the traffic light and still refused to open the door. To make matters worse, the bus doesn't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim, motorista não comunica o tempo de parada em cada ponto de apoio, , eu viajo de Rio de janeiro a Curitiba poltrona 37 não dá pra ouvir o que motorista fala...por gentileza mais respeito para com os passageiros afinal somos nós que ajudamos a empresa funcionar.
Bad, the driver doesn't communicate the stopping time at each support point, I travel from Rio de Janeiro to Curitiba seat 37 I can't hear what the driver says...please, more respect for the passengers, after all, we're the ones who help the business to work.

0 627 is a decaying line. Old bus, no air conditioning and takes too long. Terrible.
