O único ponto negativo que posso citar é o aumento da passagem, que em fevereiro desse ano estava em 142 reais e agora já custa 155 reais. Um aumento grande em pouco tempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há basicamente dois atendentes, o rapaz (Samuel) é super educado, muito prestativo e competente no que faz. Sem colocar dificuldades em suas atividades para te atender. Já a garota... Melhor deixar você mesmo ter o desprazer de ser atendido(a) por ela.
Quanto ao serviço de envio há um preço no que podemos chamar de justo.
Os ônibus em sua maioria em boas condições, motorista dirigem bem e são educados.
Sala de espera climatizada, com TV. e água para bebe, bem como cadeiras acolchoadas. Espaço não é tão grande, mas o suficiente para recepcionar parte dos clientes até o horário do embarque.
Ao lado da agência há uma lanchonete, que quase sempre está funcionando na hora dos embarque e questão de 100 metros há um restaurante, onde é possível almoçar, não lembro se a noite funciona.
P.S.: Quanto a envio de frios ou marisco do mar já vi alguns outros clientes enviarem, porém é OBRIGATÓRIO está bem embalado e LACRADO em caixa térmica e lacrado, para evitar vazamento do conteúdo.

Next to the agency there is a snack bar, which is almost always open at the time of boarding and about 100 meters away there is a restaurant, where it is possible to have lunch, I don't remember if it works at night.
P.S.: As for the shipment of cold cuts or seafood, I've seen some other customers send, but it is MANDATORY it is well packed and SEALED in a thermal box and sealed, to avoid leakage of the contents.
