Não declaram os problemas, danos e avarias dos imóveis e cobram valores altos por locação de imóvel, que não chegou a ser habitado e que teve contrato cancelado por imóvel com dano estrutural, mesmo amparado pela lei.

Para começar, desde o começo nós conversamos com a funcionária SUZANA ao qual respondia SOMENTE durante a noite e fora de horário comercial.
Em seguida, após gostarmos de um apartamento bem mediano com valor de R$1.200 reais mensais, solicitou documentos para comprovação de renda e, após enviado, ela retornou dizendo que não havia sido aprovado porque o SCORE estava muito baixo.
Encaminho abaixo o SCORE atual na data de hoje (24/02). O comprovante de renda muito acima do mercado e nada justifica esse bloqueio no aluguel do apartamento.
Fica aqui registrado nosso completo desapontamento e pretendemos nunca mais buscar esta imobiliária, pois se mostrou 0 dedicada em ajudar um inquilino que busca um imóvel.
COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED.

Then, after we liked a very average apartment with a monthly value of R$1,200, she requested documents to prove her income and, after sent, she returned saying that it had not been approved because the SCORE was too low.
I forward below the current SCORE on today's date (24/02). The proof of income far above the market and nothing justifies this blocking in the rent of the apartment.
It is here recorded our complete disappointment and we intend never to look for this real estate agency again, as it has shown itself to be dedicated to helping a tenant looking for a property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um Ap que foi alugado esse mês pela Roca , constava uma conta da CPFL no valor de $ 38,02 que irá vencer no dia 14/02 e não conseguiria pagar pelo valor baixo e no próprio papel tinha a informação que seria cobrado em contas futuras e sem acréscimo , mais para minha surpresa recebi hoje um email da funcionária da Roca Eduarda Morais informando que teria 72 horas para quitar dividas com a CPFL, se não eles iriam pagar porém com cobranças de taxas , que débitos tenho se o vencimento é 14/02 ? E evitar transtornos ? Acho que transtorno é esse tipo de funcionários !!! Sempre tive e vou continuar tendo admiração pela Roca !!!
