★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliaria, pessoal é anti-ético. Não fechem contrato com essa imobiliaria, vai passar dor de cabeça.
Já tinha alugado apartemento em 2 imobiliarias diferentes, em nenhuma passei pelos problemas que passei nessa imobiliaria. Recusaram entregar a chave dentro do periodo combinado para realizar reformas e depois querem cobrar por esse tempo que estavam realizando reparos.
Enfim, acho um pessoal com falta de capacitação e falta de ética. Estamos tendo que usar um advogado para tentar resolver nossa situação. Depois vou enviar fotos do imovél que segundo eles tinha sido finalizado a reforma dia 25/07. Hoje dia 08/08(2 dias após eles liberarem a chave) estamos ainda sem condições de deixar o registro do banheiro aberto, devido a ter uma magueira faltando próximo a privada.
Simplemente uma piada de imobiliaria, tem muito que aprender se quiserem continuar tendo clientes nessa cidade.

Today 08/08 (2 days after they release the key) we are still unable to leave the bathroom registry open due to having a missing hose next to the toilet.
Simply a real estate joke, you have a lot to learn if you want to keep having clients in this city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária não cumprem com o que dizem são anti-eticos, estão longe bem longe de atingir algum tipo de excelência cobram valores abusivos com relação a reforma da casa não dá suporte nunhum ao inquilino fazem tudo pra ferrar com o cliente só pensam neles se não querem ter dor de cabeça não fechem contratos com eles já aluguei em várias imobiliárias nunca vi uma como essa corram as aparências enganam tenho muito motivos para não indicar .

Eles omitem informações de pagamentos que vc só descobre que tem que pagar , depois que entra no imóvel . Ou seja ....ali ninguém fala a mesma língua. Eles só se importam com o cliente dono do imóvel. Ignoram totalmente o inquilino. Ignoram e-mails. Por telefone dizem que encaminharão a queixa ao responsável e te deixam sem retorno nenhum. Eles só dão ouvido ao inquilino se ele dizer que vai sair da casa . Fica a dica.
