Em 14/01/22 recebemos uma ligação do José Carlos para saber se estava tudo bem com o carro e se tinha apresentado mais algum problema.
Isso chama-se excelência no atendimento.

 On 01/13/22 I was in this store and they have excellent service, from the concierge, parts and highlight to the workshop manager José Carlos, an honest employee and committed to the customer, he and his entire team deserve to be recognized.
On 01/14/22 we received a call from José Carlos to know if everything was ok with the car and if there was any other problem.
This is called service excellence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei meu carro para revisao e reparos, ficou la 3 dias e nem tocaram no motor do carro ou fizeram um diagnostico correto e direto... Tentaram me cobrar R$12.000,00 em peças que fora da cansessionaria custam com nota foscal e origem e da mesma marca 1.400,00.. Quase 10x mais.... E so faz serviço vendendo casado as peças... Peça original de fora não aceita e te nega o serviço... Horrivel.. Tentaram me estelionatar
