Desde informalidades pessoais no contato que é via whatssap (!), desculpa de parente no hospital, não acharem emails com documentação até o mais grave. Uma cláusula no contrato que exigia averbação na matrícula do fiador, como sendo fiador, o que carateriza garantia dupla e é proibida por lei. Muito junior e amador. Os corretores são passadores de recado, não outra postura, a não ser dar morosidade e incerteza. Após falarmos com o que parecia ser a dona, o contrato foi alterado mas o propietário mudou de ideia e quis aumentar o aluguel. A imobiliária nao nos defendeu. Não fechamos por falta de idoneidade, palavra e competência dos envolvidos. Estressante a falta de profissionalismo e seriedade.
