Realizei a compra de uma saída de praia Cód: 7047, fiz uma viagem de ferias e utilizei a saída uma unica vez, após a utilização da saída a mesma apresentou na lateral um desgaste e aparição de "bolinhas" na lateral, fui até a loja onde comprei com menos de 30 dias unidade Shopping Abc Plaza e a vendedora informou que ia enviar para área técnica, obtive o retorno hoje 10/10/18 e a mesma alega não trocar o produto por alegar mal uso, que provavelmente teve atrito de uma bolsa de palha ou pedra de piscina. Não concordo com este parecer, pois a loja se diz especializada em roupas de banhos, então os tecidos devem ser apropriados para sofrerem atritos e desgastes em piscina e mar, tive um custo alto, para ter um produto de qualidade e o mesmo só durou uma unica vez? O produto então deveria ter a descrição que não pode ser usado em piscina e mar e muito mesmo ter atrito com bolsas de praias. Estou muito insatisfeita com o pós venda.

I do not agree with this opinion, as the store says it specializes in bathing suits, so the fabrics must be appropriate to suffer friction and wear in swimming pools and the sea, I had a high cost, to have a quality product and it only lasted one once? The product should then have the description that it cannot be used in swimming pools and the sea and very much friction with beach bags. I am very dissatisfied with the after sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em uma das vezes que estive na loja, estava bem acima do peso e a atendente foi super paciente, me apresentou diversos modelos de maiô plus size, resultado: saí com uma ótima compra a um bom preço ainda pra ajudar!
A loja foi do grand plaza shopping em santo André, mas infelizmente não lembro o nome da atendente! Gosto dessa loja pois tem muito variedade de cores e modelos, principalmente plus size, e vc ainda pode optar por comprar peças individuais!

The store was at the grand plaza shopping in Santo André, but unfortunately I don't remember the name of the attendant! I like this store because it has a variety of colors and models, mainly plus size, and you can still choose to buy individual pieces!
