★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que adianta o local BONITINHO se o atendimento não e funcional? Tudo de dificil atendimento Recepção encaminha as chamadas mas so retorna para elas mesmas, e isso não se trata de um dia não se arrastou por uma semana.
Até as atendentes dizem que falar no setor de peças e dificil uma mencionou até a palavra imposivel. Perguntei se tinha algum E-mail ou WhatsApp ou se poderia deixar o telefone para que me retornasse quando possivel e disseram que não existia essas hipóteses que tinha que insistir mesmo.
Cansado das tentativas fui até o local pessoalmente e quando cheguei o responsavel do estacionamento me informou que não tinha estacionamento para clientes que se eu quisesse parasse meu carro em ruas laterais, observação a região da concessionária e de antigas indústrias os quarteirões são gigantescos e perigosos sem contar que os reboques que levam os carros para arrumar param na avenida que e de grande fluxo de transito e ficam la travando o trânsito impedindo o trânsito por horas creio porque não conseguem adentrar tambem no local com seus reboques, com tudo isso esgotou minha paciência em tentar ser um cliente Roma todo esse relato não e para desmerecer o local mas para quem sabe um dia esse relato cair no olhar e reflexão da pessoa certa para que clientes sejam bem atendidos.
 What's the point of a CUTE place if the service isn't functional? Everything difficult to answer Reception forwards the calls but only returns to themselves, and this is not a day it hasn't dragged on for a week.
Even the attendants say that talking in the parts sector is difficult, one even mentioned the word impossible. I asked if there was any E-mail or WhatsApp or if I could leave the phone for him to get back to me when possible and they said that there were no such possibilities that I had to insist.
Tired of the attempts, I went to the place in person and when I arrived, the person in charge of the parking lot informed me that there was no parking for customers. tell that the trailers that take the cars to be fixed stop on the avenue that is with a great flow of traffic and stay there blocking the traffic preventing traffic for hours I believe because they can't even enter the place with their trailers, with all this I exhausted my patience in trying to be a Roma customer, this whole story is not meant to belittle the place but who knows, one day this story will fall into the eyes and reflection of the right person so that customers are well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha. Comprei o grand siena 0km e sempre fiz a troca de óleo na roma fiat. Dia 31/05/2022 tinha um horário agendado pra troca do óleo.( faço a troca de 2 em 2 meses). O valor era 140,00 mas quando cheguei no local o atendente me falou que o valor da troca sairia por 293,00. Mais que o dobro do valor. Questionei ele é o mesmo respondeu com um ar de deboche que tudo aumentou. Cancelei a revisão, e troquei em outra oficina por 145,00 da mesma marca.
Outra coisa, você liga pra vários telefones e nunca que você consegue saber os valores. Uns fala que tem que ser na oficina e vai transferir e cai a ligação, fiquei mais de 40min tentando saber i valor e nada. Eles te oferecem um serviço que não cumpre.. descaso com quem comprou um carro com eles.
Na boa já não indico mas ninguém pra oficina é muito menos pra comprar carro fiat. Está foi a gota d'água.

Comprei uma FIAT STRADA 2020. Defeito de fábrica, INFILTRAÇÃO de água na cabine.
Levei o carro para reparo, mais de 40 dias que já está na oficina.
Meu carro ficou completamente mofado por negligência deles ( deixaram o carro fechado por mais de 10 dias aguardando peça)
Enrolam e fazem serviço porco. Não limpam meu carro adequadamente.
Gerente da oficina total descaso e dizendo que me deu de cortesia lavagem do carro. Cortesia ?!
Cortesia era não deixar meu carro chegar nesta situação e nem me fazer passar por isso.

I bought a 2020 FIAT STRADA. Factory defect, water INFILTRATION in the cabin.
I took the car in for repair, more than 40 days that is already in the workshop.
My car was completely moldy due to their negligence (they left the car closed for more than 10 days waiting for a part)
They roll up and serve pork. They don't clean my car properly.
Workshop manager total disregard and saying that he gave me a free car wash. Courtesy?!
Courtesy was not letting my car get into this situation and not making me go through it.
