★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o dono que me recebeu na porta , muito ríspido, grosseiro, é não permitiu tirar dúvidas com o veterinário sem pagar consulta. Levei para castrar a minha gata e não passou um medicamento para secar o leite das mamas , e retorno é cobrado o valor de consulta. PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO , VETERINÁRIO NAO VERIFICA O ESTADO FISICO DO ANIMAL PARA CASTRAR , E DEPOIS SE SURGIR ALGUM PROBLEMA COBRA VALORES. NENHUM CUIDADO COM A MINHA GATINHA . PESSIMO !!!!! NUNCA MAIS RETORNAREI É NAO INDICO !!!!!
 Poor service, the owner who received me at the door, very harsh, rude, is not allowed to ask questions with the vet without paying consultation. I took my cat to castrate and there was no medication to dry the breast milk, and the return is charged the consultation fee. PESSIMO ATTENDANCE, VETERINARY DOES NOT CHECK THE PHYSICAL STATE OF THE ANIMAL TO CASTRATE, AND THEN IF ANY PROBLEM COVERS VALUES. NO CARE FOR MY KITTEN. TERRIBLE !!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN IT IS NOT INDICATE !!!!!

The care of both the Bath and Grooming, and the veterinarian are excellent for our pets. Rosinha's team is super affectionate, attentive and zealous with our four-legged children!

Portanto esse comentário ruim não procede e essa pessoa deveria estar com muitos problemas pra vir aqui descontar... O serviço q realizou foi uma castração de preço abaixo acordado por protetor em sua ajuda e indicação minha. Só faço castração e etc com Dr. David Moraes faz muito tempo. Entrego lhe meus gatos de olhos fechados. Ela levou pra castrar com a responsabilidade de estar o animal em condições para tal. Se queria alguma outra orientação deveria ter pedido, na humildade.

Wonderful... Rosinha is a.flower.of.person... the very attentive and kind staff certainly do what they love and treat our fur children with great affection. And the doctor De. David, who I already knew from another clinic, is also wonderful, I really loved meeting him there... I highly recommend him...
