★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento fica muito a desejar, estive lá um sábado, para realização de exames no cão, no entanto, a recepção, informações e atendimento, precisam melhorar bastante, não são atenciosos e as informações do diferentes da que passam por telefone. Quando os exames terminaram tínhamos que deixar o cão para dar banho e tosar, porém, levamos no pet próximo, onde fica o Rede Mix do Alphaville de Salvador.
The service is very much to be desired, I was there on a Saturday, to do exams in the dog, however, the reception, information and service, need to improve a lot, are not attentive and the information of the different from the ones that pass by phone. When the exams finished we had to leave the dog to bathe and to cough, however, we took in the pet near, where is the Red Mix of the Alphaville of Salvador.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho nada a reclamar dos veterinários, porém agendei um banho para minhas duas doguinhas às 10h. Fui buscá-las às 11:30 e apenas uma havia tomado banho! Eles mantiver a outra presa durante uma hora e meia, porque marcaram o banho com o mesmo funcionário!!! Mas não fui informada disso durante a marcação e estava achando que as duas tomariam banho no mesmo horário. Absurdo manter o cachorro preso em uma gaiola minúscula durante todo esse tempo!!!!! ABSURDO. Estou chocada com essa atitude e não as levarei mais para banho ou tosa neste petshop.
I have nothing to complain about at the vets, but I scheduled a bath for my two doguinhas at 10am. I went to pick them up at 11:30 and only one had showered! They kept the other prisoner for an hour and a half, because they scheduled the bath with the same employee !!! But I was not informed of this during the appointment and I was thinking that the two would shower at the same time. Absurd to keep the dog trapped in a tiny cage all this time !!!!! ABSURD. I am shocked by this attitude and I will not take them for a bath or grooming in this petshop anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rasparam meu cachorro todo, sendo que pedi a tosa bebê. A funcionária insistia em falar que nao tinha como fazer diferente e não assumia o erro. Saí muito irritado, nunca mais levo ai. (Fui apenas 1 vez, pois a máquina da veterinária sam's club não estava funcionando no dia. Porém prefiro esperar agora, eles nunca fizeram uma besteira dessa, atendimento e serviço lá é bem melhor)
They shaved my dog all over, and I asked for the baby grooming. The employee insisted on saying that she couldn't do it differently and didn't accept the mistake. I left very angry, I will never take it there again. (I only went once, because the veterinarian sam's club machine was not working that day. But I prefer to wait now, they never did a mistake like that, service and service there is much better)
