Adquiri em outubro uma Gibson lpj2014 importada pela Royal. Em Fevereiro desse ano uma bobina do captador da ponte apresentou problemas. Não estou conseguindo a peça para reposição nas lojas, e pelo telefone com V.Sas. me foi informado não haver a peça avulsa para aquisição. Assim, recorro ao atendimento online para verificar se de fato isso procede. Em caso negativo, quanto custa a peça e como faço para encomendar ou usar a garantia, se ainda for possível? Em caso afirmativo, solicito ajuda para solucionar o caso, uma vez que é inviável trocar toda a parte elétrica da guitarra para instalar um captador comum na mesma. Grato,

Dear Sirs,
In October I acquired a Gibson lpj2014 imported by Royal. In February of that year a bridge pickup coil had problems. I'm not getting the replacement part in stores, and over the phone with you. I was informed that there was no spare part for purchase. So, I resort to online service to see if this actually happens. If not, how much does the part cost and how do I order or use the warranty, if still possible? If so, I ask for help in solving the case, as it is impossible to change the entire electric part of the guitar to install a common pickup in it. Thankful,
