Fui por indicação de um grande amigo na Royomec há alguns anos fazer a funilaria de um carro que tinha sofrido uma batida, o proprietário e seus filhos sempre foram muito gente boa comigo, tinha eles como funileiros de minha total confiança, já fiz vários serviços em carros meus lá.
Em 2017 deixei um carro para conserto de uma batida na lateral traseira. Fizeram o orçamento para desamassar o assoalho do porta malas, recuperação do painel traseiro, trocar a alma do para-choque, lanterna traseira direita, funilaria e pintura.
Quando me ligaram avisando que estava tudo pronto peguei o carro, fiz o pagamento e aparentemente estava tudo certo.
No final do ano quando fui vender o carro ele não passou na vistoria cautelar pois acusou que estava com o painel traseiro e outras peças amassadas (no laudo o perito apontou “recuperação mal feita”).
Na própria concessionária onde estava vendendo o carro pedi para desmontarem o para-choque na minha frente para verificar o que estava acontecendo e descobri que a Royomec só “maquiou” meu carro, fizeram a funilaria e pintura na parte externa, mas não mexeram praticamente em nada na parte interna da batida. Sem contar o constrangimento que passei por estar aparentemente tentando passar um carro batido pra frente.
Fui até a Royomec com o laudo da vistoria cautelar, fotos do carro desmontado, orçamento que tinha aprovado na época da batida, nota fiscal, para tentar fazer um acordo amigável com o proprietário da oficina e seus dois filhos, mas o atendimento foi bastante diferente do que eu tinha quando levava meus carros para fazer algum serviço, em nenhum momento foram mal educados, porém me mandaram ir procurar os meus direitos porque o prazo de reclamação é de 30 dias. Alegaram que eu poderia ter batido o carro no mesmo lugar denovo e estar tentando culpa-los pelo serviço estar mal feito, lamentável.
Resumindo a história, gastei quase o mesmo valor que tinha pago para refazer o serviço e poder vender o carro no particular, pois a concessionária que eu iria dar ele como parte do pagamento em um carro novo não quis mais aceita-lo, mesmo depois de tudo refeito.
Não imaginei que sendo cliente da oficina há tantos anos me tratariam com esse descaso, nem sequer se dispuseram a negociar, foi a última vez que levaram meu dinheiro, pois perderam o cliente. Fico imaginando se fazem isso com quem é cliente imagina com quem não é...

I went by recommendation of a great friend at Royomec a few years ago to do the bodywork of a car that had suffered a crash, the owner and his children were always very nice people with me, I had them as tinsmiths of my total confidence, I have already done several services in my cars there.
In 2017 I left a car to repair a crash on the rear side. They did the budget to smooth the trunk floor, recover the rear panel, change the bumper, right taillight, body shop and paint.
When they called me saying that everything was ready I took the car, made the payment and apparently everything was right.
At the end of the year when I went to sell the car, he did not pass the precautionary inspection because he accused that he had the back panel and other dented parts (in the report, the expert pointed out “poor recovery”).
At the dealership where I was selling the car I asked to dismantle the bumper in front of me to check what was going on and I found out that Royomec only “made up” my car, they did the bodywork and painting on the outside, but they practically did not touch nothing inside the beat. Not to mention the embarrassment I went through apparently trying to drive a crashed car forward.
I went to Royomec with the precautionary inspection report, photos of the dismantled car, budget I had approved at the time of the crash, invoice, to try to make a friendly agreement with the workshop owner and his two children, but the service was quite different than I had when I took my cars to do some service, at no time were they rude, but they sent me to go and look for my rights because the deadline for complaints is 30 days. They claimed that I could have crashed the car in the same place again and be trying to blame them for the poorly done, unfortunate service.
To summarize the story, I spent almost the same amount I had paid to redo the service and be able to sell the car privately, because the dealership that I would give it as part of the payment on a new car did not want to accept it, even after everything redone.
I did not imagine that being a customer of the workshop for so many years they would treat me with this neglect, they were not even willing to negotiate, it was the last time they took my money, as they lost the customer. I wonder if they do this with whoever is a client imagine with who is not ...
