★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesquisei por aqui antes de efetuar qualquer negócio com eles, mas eu vi uma vendedora chamada Andreia na orla de Copacabana e resolvi dá uma chance. E só bastou isso mesmo, primeiro passeio foi pra Arraial, e o passeio foi perfeito! O guia é atencioso e a cada parada fazia uma espécie de chamada pra ver se estavam todos presente. Esse eu recomendo sem medo. Fiz todos os passeios com eles (Arraial, Angra e Buzios).
 I researched here before doing any business with them, but I saw a saleswoman named Andreia on the Copacabana waterfront and decided to give it a try. And that was enough, the first tour was to Arraial, and the tour was perfect! The guide is attentive and at each stop made a kind of call to see if they were all present. This I recommend without fear. I did all the tours with them (Arraial, Angra and Buzios).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência da minha vida. Decepção. Não viagem com essa agência. Falta de ética. Falta de consideração. Combinei com agente me pegar no hotel às 08.30h da manhã o senhor João que diz ser guia chegou às 09.30h com ônibus lotado. Fizemos uma parada desnecessária de 20 minutos ou mais não lembro. Chegamos em arraial do cabo às 13.00h .
Resumo a BILHETRIA ESTAVA FECHADA.
A agência alega que era devido aos VENTOS...
POREM NAO FOI ...o Problema foi o
Atraso para chegarmos em Arraial.
Culpa da falta de organização da agência.
Não devolve dinheiro

Worst experience of my life. Disappointment. Do not travel with this agency. Lack of ethics. Lack of consideration. I arranged with an agent to pick me up at the hotel at 8:30 am, Mr. João, who claims to be a guide, arrived at 9:30 am with a crowded bus. We made an unnecessary stop of 20 minutes or more, I don't remember. We arrived in Arraial do Cabo at 1 pm.
Summary THE TICKET OFFICE WAS CLOSED.
The agency claims it was due to the WINDS...
BUT IT WAS NOT ... the problem was the
Delay to get to Arraial.
Blame the agency's lack of organization.
do not return money
only 20 reais.

Fiz o city tour com o César, moço super educado que explicou tudo sobre a cidade para nós e deu dicas sobre o Rio que me ajudou muitooo. É muito complicado ir para uma cidade que não conhecemos nada, porém o César facilitou muito a visita nos locais e sou grata por ter tornado essa experiência bem mais agradável, não apenas pra mim, mas meu namorado tbm.
I hired the service in February 2022 and I have nothing to complain about. I did the city tour with César, a very polite young man who explained everything about the city to us and gave us tips about Rio that helped me a lot. It's very complicated to go to a city we don't know anything about, but César made visiting the places a lot easier and I'm grateful for having made this experience much more pleasant, not just for me, but my boyfriend as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Estou fazendo esse relato ao vivo, estou indo embora de uber, pois a empresa é total despreocupadas com os turistas. O guia simplesmente nos deixa “largados às traças”. Estávamos com criança de colo e precisávamos de algumas informações e o guia nunca esta por perto. Guia altamente despreparado, não sabia as informações da cidade corretas e errou várias vezes. O motorista sempre te deixa o mais distante possível e você sempre tem que andar quarteirões pra chegar em certos destinos.
A gente não podia almoçar, devido às crianças não comerem comida da rua e a equipe simplesmente deixou a gente em pé na porta do restaurante.
Quando chegamos no Cristo, o guia SUMIU. Nos deu o ingresso e a gente teve que se virar para descobrir onde pegava a van para subir.
Enfim, péssimo!
Bad experience! I'm doing this report live, I'm leaving uber, because the company is totally unconcerned with tourists. The guide simply leaves us “left to the moths”. We had a baby and we needed some information and the guide is never around. Highly unprepared guide, didn't know the correct city information and got it wrong several times. The driver always leaves you as far away as possible and you always have to walk blocks to reach certain destinations.
We couldn't have lunch, due to the children not eating street food and the staff simply left us standing at the restaurant's door.
When we arrived at Cristo, the guide GONE. He gave us the ticket and we had to turn around to find where to get the van to go up.
Anyway, bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Pedra do Telegrafo tour booked for today. First I had to deal with Brenda who doesn't seem to know English very well as I had to repeat my questions several times and some of them were still left without an answer. To make matters worse, my tour was cancelled at 10 pm last night after I had already been told that the guide will come to pick me up at 7.20 am. As you can guess it was already too late to book a tour with a different company. As a result, my final day in Rio was spoilt. Not a reliable company at all!!!
