★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica desorganizada! Hoje eu teria um exame para fazer, ao chegar na clínica descubro que o médico não iria hoje! A resposta que me deram foi "acho que não conseguiram falar com você". Além da falta de comprometimento com os pacientes como relatei, partindo para ordem de atendimento, não somos explicados de como será a ordem da consulta de cada paciente, e ficamos perdidos sem ao menos saber se seremos atendidos logo ou não. Ah! Álcool nos corredores? Sabão líquido nos banheiros? Também não tem.no dia que eu estava lá, a mulher teve que ir pedir pra repôr. Nos tempos atuais deixar faltar o básico em uma clínica voltados ao cuidado do paciente, é lamentável!
Disorganized clinic! Today I would have an exam to do, when I arrived at the clinic I found out that the doctor wouldn't go today! The answer they gave me was "I don't think they were able to talk to you". In addition to the lack of commitment to patients, as I reported, starting with the order of care, we are not explained how the order of consultation for each patient will be, and we are lost without even knowing if we will be seen soon or not. Ah! Alcohol in the hallways? Liquid soap in bathrooms? There isn't any either. On the day I was there, the woman had to ask for a replacement. In modern times, missing the basics in a clinic focused on patient care is regrettable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelência para os médicos, e precariedade na estrutura, principalmente nos banheiros, recepção sem qualificação alguma para atender um público em busca de cuidados médicos. Que tdas essas observações sirvam para mudanças positivas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica ótima em relação aos profissionais! Principalmente os médicos! Porém é muito apertado! Se for com uma pessoa cadeirante vai ter dificuldade, tanto nos corredores como nas salas, nenhuma estrutura para quem tem nescessidades especiais!

Fiquei de fato impressionado com o excelente atendimento prestado. Deixo aqui registrado pra que todos tenham conhecimento, e espero que a pessoa responsável por ela a valorize muito, porque encontrar profissionais assim está muito difícil. Erica, muito obrigado <3
I called today, 5/26/2022, to get a quote for an exam and I was very, very well attended by Erica. She was super polite, nice, patient and sure of what she was doing. I was really impressed with the excellent service provided.
