O atraso em chamar pra realização dos exames é ponto primordial na Ultracron. Perguntei o motivo da interminável espera, às atendentes, nada simpáticas, que circulam pelos corredores lançam olhares de "não posso fazer nada". Exatamente 1 hora pra entrar na sala de exames. Não recomendo.

Atendimento ruim. O robô do telefone e uma droga. Precisa lugar várias x resultado de exame difícil pelo site. Tem que se locomovera-me até a sede. Péssimo. Não investem em atendimento.

Os funcionários prestam um bom atendimento, ambiente limpo, organizado, porém o atendimento é demorado, mesmo com hora marcada. Não havia tantas pessoas, mas aguardei pelo menos 45 minutos além do horário agendado para ser chamada para o exame.
The employees provide a good service, clean, organized environment, but the service is slow, even with an appointment. There weren't that many people, but I waited at least 45 minutes beyond the scheduled time to be called for the exam.

Liguei hoje pra fazer um agendamento, fui atendida pelo Gabriel, se não me engano era esse o nome, pq eu ele estava com tanta má vontade e sem educação que logo desligou na minha cara, quando fiz uma pergunta. Tentei ligar de novo, depois do atendimento eletrônico a ligação ficava muda, na certa mostrava pra ele meu número e ele só não atendia... difícil! Estou precisando urgente de uma ultrason, com dores, e ainda sou atendida com esses descaso.

Total falta de respeito com os pacientes. Minha esposa tinha um ultra agendado para as 8.30. Chegamos a clínica as 8 horas da manhã, com 30 minutos de antecedência, só fomos atendidos pela recepção as 9.10hrs... agora já são 10.30hrs e continuamos sentados na sala de espera para fazer o exame. Descaso total! Péssimo atendimento
Total lack of respect for patients. My wife had an ultrasound scheduled for 8.30. We arrived at the clinic at 8 am, 30 minutes in advance, we were only seen by the reception at 9.10 am... now it is 10.30 am and we are still sitting in the waiting room to take the exam. Terrível, marcam um horário e não cumpre. Levei minha mãe pra unidade de Alphaville para realizar exames de ultrassom. Pediram pra chegar na unidade 7:45, chegamos 7:30. O exame de ultrassom estava marcado pras 8:00 e ela foi chamada 10:10, ou seja, 2:10 de atraso. Falta total de compromisso, falta de respeito com o cliente, falta de comprometimento com a saúde e com os exames, afinal o jejum que era pra ser de 8:00 ao realizar o exame já era mais de 10:00 de jejum. Não recomendo nem para meu inimigo, e falarei pra todo mundo que tiver oportunidade que esse local não tem um pingo de compromisso com o cliente. E tem mais, o problema é geral, pois todo mundo estava reclamando do atraso. A gestão do laboratório acha que ninguém faz nada da vida? Que ninguém trabalha? Que ninguém tem compromisso após o exame? Experiência terrível, afinal ninguém acorda querendo fazer exames, e se faz exames, é porque já tem problemas de saúde e merece no mínimo pontualidade, compromisso, efetividade e respeito. Coisas que o ultracron/sabin não possuem.

Péssimo atendimento! Levei meu bebê de 8 meses para fazer ultrassom e fiquei mais de 1:30 aguardando atendimento, sendo que o estabelecimento estava vazio. Meu filho estava agendado duas ultras, sendo que uma ultra seria só na próxima semana, a auxiliar do médico perguntou se eu queria fazer logo as duas hoje já que era com o mesmo médico, pediu autorização do médico para antecipar o próximo exame e o mesmo autorizou, eu voltaria em casa (moro próximo a clínica) para pegar a guia e entregaria ainda hoje, porém a atendente da recepção disse que não pode fazer isso porque ela queria a guia antes para solicitar ao plano o atendimento. Eu disse a ela que só anteciparia o exame e quando eu voltasse com a guia ela faria a solicitação e se o plano negasse (que não seria o caso) eles não entregariam o resultado do exame. Enfim, as atendentes parecem robôs, não ajudam o paciente, mandam mais no local de que o próprio médico. Agora terei que voltar lá para fazer o outro exame e esperar mais 1:30 ou mais com um bebê de meses no colo, sendo que já poderia ter adiantado o exame. Lamentável! Não indico!

My son was scheduled for two ultrasounds, and one ultrasound would only be next week, the doctor's assistant asked if I wanted to do both today as it was with the same doctor, asked the doctor's authorization to anticipate the next exam and the same authorized it, I would go back home (I live close to the clinic) to pick up the guide and deliver it today, but the receptionist said she can't do that because she wanted the guide before to ask the plan for the service. I told her that I would only bring the exam forward and when I returned with the guide she would request it and if the plan denied it (which would not be the case) they would not deliver the exam result. Anyway, the attendants look like robots, they don't help the patient, they order more on the spot than the doctor himself. Now I will have to go back there to do the other exam and wait another 1:30 or more with a month old baby on my lap, and I could have already advanced the exam. Unfortunate! I do not recommend!

Agendei 3 exames para fazer na Ultracron em 07/03, chegando lá me informaram que o médico que iria fazer um desses exames (teste ergométrico) estava ausente pois estava com suspeita de COVID, não me ligaram antes ou mandaram alguma mensagem me passando esta informação, então tive que fazer somente os dois exames e reagendar o teste ergométrico. O teste foi reagendado para a data de 14/03, quando estava a caminho da clínica para realizar o exame, me ligaram informando que o médico estaria com problemas particulares e teria que remarcar novamente o exame, disse para a atendente que tinha retorno marcado com o cardiologista para o dia 21/03 e que precisaria estar com o resultado do teste a tempo, pelo telefone ela me prometeu que iriam dar prioridade e que no dia 21 o exame estaria pronto, então remarcamos novamente o exame para o dia 16/03, FIQUEI 4 HORAS ESPERANDO para fazer este exame, isso porque eu fui reclamar com a atendente sobre a demora e ela me informou que eles erraram na organização das fichas, se eu não falo nada iria ficar o dia todo lá. Com todo esses problemas consegui concluir meus exames na clínica e no dia 21/03 fui buscar os resultados conforme combinado, como se já não bastasse tudo isso me informaram que o resultado do teste ainda não estava pronto. Resumindo, fui para a minha consulta com um dos resultados de exame faltando, não adiantou de nada ter ido, vou ter que remarcar o retorno com o médico por conta da incompetência dessa clínica. Tive uma série de custos para fazer esses exames, inclusive minha saída da empresa para realizar o exame no dia 14/03 não foi abonada, porque foi remarcada, fora o stress que tive com a Ultracron. A incompetência e a falta de respeito deles me surpreendeu. Nunca mais piso nessa clínica, não recomendo a ninguém.
I scheduled 3 exams to do at Ultracron on 03/07, when I got there they informed me that the doctor who was going to do one of these exams (treadmill test) was absent because I was suspicious of COVID, they didn't call me before or send me a message with this information , so I had to do only the two exams and reschedule the exercise test. The test was rescheduled for the date of 03/14, when I was on my way to the clinic to perform the exam, they called me informing that the doctor would be having particular problems and would have to reschedule the exam again, I told the attendant that I had a return scheduled with the cardiologist for the 21/03 and that she would need to have the test result in time, over the phone she promised me that they would give priority and that on the 21st the exam would be ready, so we rescheduled the exam for the 16/03th , I WAITED 4 HOURS to do this exam, that's because I went to complain to the attendant about the delay and she informed me that they made a mistake in organizing the forms, if I didn't say anything I would stay there all day. With all these problems I managed to complete my exams at the clinic and on the 21/03th I went to get the results as agreed, as if all that wasn't enough, they informed me that the test result was not ready yet. In short, I went to my appointment with one of the test results missing, it was no use having gone, I'll have to reschedule the appointment with the doctor because of the incompetence of this clinic. I had a series of costs to take these exams, including my departure from the company to take the exam on 03/14th, it was not paid, because it was rescheduled, apart from the stress I had with Ultracron. Their incompetence and lack of respect surprised me. I will never step into this clinic again, I do not recommend it to anyone.
