★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enfermeira terrível pra tirar sangue de bebes.. foi uma carnificina com a minha filha de 1 ano que perdeu a voz de tanto gritar enquanto a enfermeira torneava a agulha dentro do braço em busca da veia dela. Dois dias depois ligam falando que parte do sangue coagulou e precisa fazer a recoleta.. fica tranquilo que nunca mais apareço ai!
Terrible nurse to draw blood from babies.. it was a carnage with my 1 year old daughter who lost her voice from screaming so much while the nurse turned the needle inside her arm in search of her vein. Two days later, they call saying that part of the blood has clotted and needs to be recollected.. don't worry, I'll never be there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, fiz a compra de um teste para covid-19,cheguei as 06:30,e foram me informar que só apartir das 07:00 que funciona o Drive thru,sendo que essa informação não me foi passada por e-mail ,após eu ter efetuado a compra,por ser particular tinham que encantar o cliente ,infelizmente não foram agradáveis ao meu ver
Bad experience, I bought a test for covid-19, I arrived at 06:30, and they informed me that the Drive thru only works from 07:00 onwards, and this information was not passed on to me by email, after I made the purchase, because it was private, they had to delight the customer, unfortunately they were not pleasant in my view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer teste em 02/02/2022 de Covid pelo convenio e foi bem confuso, acabei fazendo em outro lugar.
Primeiro que o teste só é feita via agendamento, o site não tem opção de agendar o teste pelo convenio.
Tive que ir na recepção e elas tbm não conseguiam agendar, me deram um numero do WhatsApp, você preenche um formulário, anexa o encaminhamento do medico e autorização do convenio. Devido a demanda, demorou cerca de 5 horas pra eles responderem.
I went to test on 02/02/2022 for Covid through the agreement and it was very confusing, I ended up doing it somewhere else.
First, the test is only done via appointment, the site does not have the option to schedule the test through the agreement.
I had to go to the reception and they couldn't make an appointment either, they gave me a WhatsApp number, you fill out a form, attach the doctor's referral and agreement authorization. Due to demand, it took about 5 hours for them to respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma vez precisei levar meu filho ao laboratório , dessa vez infelizmente as meninas não conseguiram achar a veia dele. Porém sempre com muito amor , atenção e dedicação. O atendimento de todos os funcionários é sem igual , elas são muito carinhosas e zelosas com as crianças. Eu indico o laboratório mil vezes , cinco estrelas é pouco pro atendimento e excelência.
Once again I had to take my son to the laboratory, this time unfortunately the girls couldn't find his vein. But always with lots of love, attention and dedication. The service of all the employees is unparalleled, they are very affectionate and zealous with the children. I recommend the laboratory a thousand times, five stars is not enough for service and excellence.

Excellent service and commitment to patients, children's room, very good and brings tranquility so they don't suffer and at the exit there's a box with cheese bread that my son loved the snack..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirei estrela pq nao oferece forma de baixar o resultado e mesmo pra imprimir ha' que ter aplicativo pago. Ridiculo. O QR da como nao seguro. Pra baixar o aplicativo pedem um monte de perguntas sem sentido e o que faz o google pedir minha identificacao. Ou seja, boa do drive tru, e teste rapido, mas um pesadelo na hora parte que deveria ser um simples clique. Vou ter que fazer login no site e clicar umas dez vezes pra pider mostrar o bendito do resultado.
I took a star because there is no way to download the result and even to print there is a paid application. Ridiculous. The QR is not safe. To download the app ask a lot of nonsense questions and what makes google ask for my identification. That is, good drive tru, and quick test, but a nightmare at the time leaves what should be a simple click. I'll have to log into the site and click ten times to show the blessed result.
