Qualquer empresa no Brasil te proporciona um atendimento mínimo e te passa um orçamento sem te cobrar por isso. A Sabino Altamira fica te cobrando, e em mídias como o instagram ainda visualiza as suas mensagens e não responde. Eu reconheço a dificuldade em talvez orçar um serviço para o cliente e trabalhar atoa, mas eles precisam achar uma maneira de ao menos se importar com o cliente se querem vender o seu serviço. Eu tenho certeza que eles trabalhariam bem para mim, mas eu não vou contratar. Prefiro me arriscar com uma empresa menor e seus marceneiros, mas que pelo menos me deem alguma atenção.
I can't speak for the whole franchise, but at least Altamira's disappointed me a lot.
Any company in Brazil provides you with minimal service and gives you a budget without charging you for it. Sabino Altamira keeps charging you, and in media like Instagram, she still sees your messages and doesn't respond. I recognize the difficulty in perhaps budgeting a service for the customer and working for a while, but they need to find a way to at least care about the customer if they want to sell your service. I'm sure they would work well for me, but I'm not going to hire. I prefer to take a chance with a smaller company and its carpenters, but at least give me some attention.
