★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No restaurante do prédio da Politécnica em Araruama, mesmo chegando meio dia, parece que vc está pegando a xepa, o resto. A reposição da comida é desordenada. Muito mal administrado. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar agradável porém longe de ser um bom restaurante. Poucas opções de pratos, poucas opções de bebidas que além de tudo são caras demais. Valor do self service na data de hoje R$ 55,00 p/kg beira a surrealidade pelo serviço oferecido.
Outro coisa que foi muito desagradável foi que, mesmo com bebida na mesa, resolvi pedir um copo de "água da casa" e a pessoa me ofereceu água quente uma garrafa de mostrada. Certamente não é a que ele bebe.
Enfim. Não recomendo.

Buffet com pratos quentes, comida japonesa e churrasco - uma variedade razoável para o tamanho do restaurante. Atendentes educados e solícitos. O preço é razoável considerando a qualidade da comida e que o estabelecimento fica dentro de um shopping no centro da cidade. Gostei muito, voltarei outras vezes!
I was at the Open Mall restaurant on 12/08/21. Very tasty and fresh food. Hot buffet, Japanese food and barbecue - a reasonable variety for the size of the restaurant. Polite and helpful attendants. The price is reasonable considering the quality of the food and that the establishment is located inside a mall in the city center. I really liked it, I will come back other times!
