★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de preparo total (funcionários e proprietária), não consegue contornar uma situação adversa sem criar um novo problema! Falhas acontecem de todo tipo e o tempo todo, o que pode fazer a diferença e a maneira com que vc lhe dá com ela. Não adianta fazer promoção, levar o cliente ao estabelecimento, criar um problema e ignorar o cliente por não ter condição de resolve-lo . (Como se a culpa fosse dele)
