Marquei com 2 dias de antecedência para fazer uma manutenção, e faltando 30 minutos para meu atendimento, me ligaram avisando que iriam atrasar por 1 hora, porque outra cliente chegou atrasada e uma funcionária do salão havia autorizado esse atraso. Falta de respeito para com os clientes. Não indico! Pena que não consigo dar menos que uma estrela.
Terrible attendance! I booked 2 days in advance to do maintenance, and 30 minutes before my appointment, they called me to say they would be late for 1 hour, because another client was late and an employee of the salon had authorized this delay. Lack of respect for customers. I do not indicate! Too bad I can't give less than a star.
