★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As manicures Patrícia e Barbara são ótimas, mas mereceu nota 1 pela grosseria da recepcionista, que, devido a um mal entendido que foi criado pela própria recepção, me abordou na frente de todas as clientes, dando a entender que eu havia entrado no salão sem passar pela recepcao, sem pegar comanda e furando fila das outras clientes. Foi um caso específico, mas, perderam a cliente por causa dele.
The manicures Patricia and Barbara are great, but deserved a note 1 for the rudeness of the receptionist, who, due to a misunderstanding that was created by the reception itself, approached me in front of all the clients, implying that I had entered the room without pass by the reception, without taking command and sticking queue of other clients. It was a specific case, but they lost the client because of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro atendimento das funcionárias dou 5 estrelas .Agora pra falta de empatia da Gerente dou 0 estrelas .Embora tenha saído satisfeita com o serviço que paguem por ele ! Fiquei imensamente nervosa ,por um outra cliente ter falado que eu passei na frente dela ,sendo que agendei as 13hrs ,cheguei 12:56,efetuei o pagamento e esperei meu horário, e detalhe só foi indiciado o serviço em mim as 13:42. Quer dizer 42 minutos de atraso ,pois quando eu cheguei vi duas funcionárias inicando uma cliente as 13:03 ,sendo que a cliente era agendada de 12:30 . Falta de zelo e cuidado com cliente . Fica a dica pra quem quer ir lá, mais vale pagar mais caro e ser bem atendido ,no horário agendado ,do que aproveitar uma promoção! Fico enojada com a atitude ! Mas agradeço ,tomei a circunstância como aprendizado ! E obrigada as meninas que me atenderam ,lembro-me do nome da Gabriela ,da outra esqueci!

Apesar que da 2 vez presenciei um briga entre funcionários por causa de agendamento errado e hoje nao foi diferente eles estavam brigando novamente.A moça que me atendeu falou super mal do meu cabelo sendo que da última vez fiz luzes no socila mesmo pelo execente profissional Douglas ela falou mal do trabalho dele.No socila nao fazem progressiva fazem selagem meu cabelo é ondulado gosto de fazer a progressiva apenas para alisar pois não gosto das ondas dele.Foi passado o produto e o meu cabelo saiu de la alto pois ela só bateu o secador.Sinceramente já gastei muito com vocês e me desepicionei Boa Sorte pra quem vai lá.Outra coisa me passaram um valor pelo zap chegando lá queriam me cobrar outro eu não aceitei pois no zap já haviam me passado o Valor.Agora eu te digo é o primeiro salão que eu vejo que não trabalha com progressiva!

No socila do not make progressive sealing my hair is wavy I like to make the progressive just to smooth because I do not like the waves of him. It was past the product and my hair left the high because it only hit the dryer. Sincerely I have spent a lot with you and I deleted Good Luck for those who go there. Another thing they passed me a value for the zap arriving there they wanted to charge me another I did not accept because in the zap they had already passed the Valor.Now I tell you it is the first hall I see that does not work with progressive!
